I'll remember him best for his brief WWF run where on an episode of Challenge he popped a little girls balloon who years later I found out was Bobby Heenan's daughter.

RIP Bully.

RIP Busick.

One of the few gimmicks that I completely forgot about until years later (Wrestlecrap). I actually knew of him for hosting strongman shows on ESPN2 before I found out of his wrestling career.

First saw him on ESPN's GWF. Sometime in 1991, I suppose. Fans would chant "Mario" at him, to piss him off. I didn't think he would make it beyond GWF, but he popped up in the WWF in the fall.

He looked like he came out of an old Warner Bros. cartoon. Good look, but I don't think it was a fit for 90's wrestling. Had he come into the WWF about 6 years earlier, he may have fit better.

First guy I ever saw use the "Stump Puller" as a move; much less as a finisher.

First heard of him from the Apter mags. Was in an Indy fed in Georgia
They were raving about him cause of his strength

Googled it and it was the north Georgia wrestling alliance. I know they did an article on them and maybe a separate spotlight thing on busick

Buff bagwell, Conan Chris walker and van hammer came from there as well

Anyway then his GwF run as big e mentioned and his short WWF run

Busick as a jobber in a squash to the midnight express. The Eaton and condrey version. Guessing this was '85 or '86

And damn the ME tagging in and out and Eaton off the top rope holds up very well 30+ years later
