I am actaully really disappointed in this box set. Most of these matches I have already seen and have on VHS or DVD already.

Example:

Bruno Sammartino vs. "Superstar" Billy Graham - is on the Billy Graham DVD, although that's one the DVDs I don't own.

"Superstar" Billy Graham vs. Bob Backlund - Ditto.

Iron Sheik vs. Hulk Hogan - is on Greatest Stars of the 80s. The only point to this match is that it's the start of Hulkamania; other than that, it's a complete squash.

Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior - is on The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior.

Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels - WWE From the Vault - Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels vs. Mankind - Ditto.

Bret Hart vs. Owen Hart - Bret Hart: Hitman

Plus any WM match is part of the Anthology DVD set. And most of the PPVs have been put on DVD, or at least VHS.

So, in all, I think there's may be on or two matches I haven't seen. I don't think I've seen: Bruno Sammartino vs. Killer Kowalski, Bob Backlund vs. Greg Valentine, Bob and Backlund vs. Sgt. Slaughter. I htink that's about it. But then again, some of them I just haven't seen in a while either.

OK, who's the comedian? Not a bad match, but is it really in line for one of the best matches where the WWE title was on the line?

I'm going to get this but they dropped the ball on it big time. Why even have you vote on some of the matches when they didn't put them on there?

It doesn't look correct, and it's not very organized but I guess that's what the voting was for.

Someone looked it up and a good deal of the matches weren't even on the ballot in the first place. I'm mostly annoyed that they didn't put Race/Backlund on there.

If the WWE realy did go by votes, I don't see that match being added because I doubt a lot of casual fans who visit wwe.com even know any old school.

And the other thing is that the DVD set is broken into three sections: Old School, Rock 'n Wrestling, and Attitude to now. It's not so much history or which matches are better/classic or not a DVD yet, it was more of "what would you put on a DVD set" regardless of what is out there already and whether or not it's easy to find.

Also, Old School would cover about 20 years, 1963-1984. Rock 'n Wrestling until Attitude would be about 1984-1996. Attitude to now would be about 1996-2005. So one section for 20 years, one section for 12 years, and one section for nine years. That just doesn't balance out to me.
