Whoa, you keep pumping these things out. You're highlighting a lot of good, forgotten matches with some of your more recent picks too.

I also noticed that Daily Motion has about 90% of December to Dismember uploaded. That might make for a fun (and free) review.

King Of The Ring 1993- Quarter Finals- Bret "Hitman" Hart vs. Razor Ramon

These two wreslted at the Royal Rumble this same year and had a really good match. I'm not expecting much less here.

Lockup to start, Ramon gets a shove. Another one, Ramon shoves again. Third one, Bret takes the offensive and goes to a side-headlock. Ramon shoots him off, and an attempted shoulderblock doesn't even budge the big guy. Hart tries it again, hitting two sets of ropes and going on the attack with some decidedly un-Hart like punching. He rocks Razor and takes him down with an armdrag.

Bret goes to the arm a little bit, working it over with some knees and an armbar, but Razor fights his way up and knees his way way out. Bret gets whipped across, Razor tries a hiptoss but its blocked. Bret tries one of his own and gets drilled with a solid clothesline. Razor taunts for a moment, then drops a big elbow that misses. Bret goes back to the arm with an armdrag and another armbar and some more knees. Eventually both men come back to their feet; Bret continues to wrench on the injured arm.

Razor counters with a big whip, but a charge into the corner is avoided. Bret gets another armdrag and continues with his arm work. Both men get back to their feet, Razor gets a bodyslam, but Bret still holds onto the armbar. Bret brings Razor to his feet and slugs away at the arm, Razor thumbs him in the eye and whips him off, catching him with a back elbow coming in. Ramon to the mat with a headlock, Bret wrestles out into another armbar.

Both men back up, Razor walked into the corner, he elbows Bret in the face and then slugs away in the opposite corner. Razor has a whip reversed but Bret charges into a knee to the gut. Razor throws Bret to the post shoulder first. Razor heads to the floor to further his attack with some punches and clubbing blows and a couple kicks to the head and upper body.

Razor thosses Bret back in and stomps his hands and fingers, and follows it up with a hard kick to the chest. Ramon continues stomping away at each hand and then paintbrushes Bret's head.

Razor, in complete control with a fallaway slam for two. Back up and Ramon stomps the head. Ramon pulls Bret up and hits a rather uncharacteristic (for him, anyway) Dr. Death style powerslam. He covers for a long-ish two. Razor continues his assualt with more stomping and a swift kick as Bret tries to get back up. Razor now drops two elbws and hits a sideslam. Another elbowdrop attempt follows that, but Hart rolls out of the way. He avoids two more, and then both men are back up slugging it out.

Bret punches Razor into the corner and hits an atomic drop. Bret with a diving clothesline for two. Back up, Razor gets whipped in, Bret gets a punch to the gut and a Russian legsweep for two. Bret with a side-backbreaker for two. A second rope elbow only gets two for Bret. Bret with a headbutt, Razor answers back with a wild right but Bret ducks and rolls him up for two.

Bulldog attempt, Razor runs with it and shoves Bret hard into the buckle, allowing him to get his favorite turnbuckle sell in. Ramon gives the Razor's Edge signal and takes his sweet time setting it up.

He gets Bret up in it, but Bret blocks it with an attempted backslide. Ramon blocks that, but Bret in turn walks the turnbuckles and cradles Razor for a great pinfall win.

Oh wait.... it isn't. For some reason the Dailymotion clip cuts out here. In the end Razor muscles Hart to the top for a backsuplex, but Bret turns in mid-air and gets a crossbody for the real, actual pin.

Winner: Bret Hart

Rating: ***1/4- Just a really solid match. Bret looked great, Razor looked great. A neat finish and good work from both men in between, makes this a really enjoyable match.

So true. His work was never "amazing" or anything, but he was always so solid in everything he did.

After the jump to WCW, I actually thought his ring-work was very, very good. There are really no classic matches to speak of, but his work in the matches he had was good. His promos were getting over big-time, and he was just an all around entertaining guy.

He was great in WCW for a time. But it wasn't long before his alcoholism and drug abuse took hold. He got lazy, kinda out of shape, and kinda sloppy.

It doesn't help that WCW decided it'd be a good idea to use his real-life problems as part of an angle.

I mean, look at his abysmal match with Konnan at Fall Brawl 1998..... :(

WWF RAW- Chris Benoit © vs. Matt Hardy- Intercontinental Title

I don't know what story, if any, is behind this match. But it should be good.

Lockup to start, Hardy is driven back into the corner. He reverses and breaks clean.

Benoit however holds on, gets a couple kicks and locks in a hammerlock. Hardy armdrags his way out. Hardy charges, Benoit catches him in a backbreaker over the shoulder, but Hardy armdrags his way out. Back up almost immediately, Hardy nails Benoit with a clothesline.

Back up, Hardy's whip is reversed. Benoit charges into an elbow, Hardy follows that up with a moonsault and a 69 cover for two. Hardy tries to follow up, but Benoit attacks him as he's climbing up top. Hardy shoves Benoit off on a superplex attempt. Hardy gets a top-rope legdrop for two. Hardy goes to rights on the mat, Benoit gets back to his feet, Hardy with a kick attempt, Benoit backdrops him but Hardy rolls him. Benoit rolls through, gets back to his feet and nails a clothesline.

Hardy whipped in, Benoit clobbers him with a double-forearm smash. Benoit covers for two. Benoit with a clubbing blow, he follows it up with a snap-suplex for two.

Hardy whipped in, powerbomb attempt but Hardy counters into a Russian legsweep. Benoit recovers first, and stomps away. Back-suplex attempt, Hardy floats into a cover to counter and gets two. Benoit back up, and he chops away. Benoit with a shoulderbreaker. Benoit to the top, "This Wolverine's Got Wings!" but Hardy moves and Benoit crashes and burns. Hardy, back on offense stomps away and smashes Benoit's head into the mat.

Benoit clobbers back, he tries to suplex Hardy from the ring to the floor, Hardy reverses lands on the apron and in turn, suplexes Benoit to the floor.

Back up, Benoit and Hardy trade blows. Benoit whips Hardy to the apron, Hardy springboards off the ropes and gets a DDT out've a headstand. I really, really like that move.

Following that, Benoit bails back inside. Hardy tries a moonsault, Benoit moves. Benoit tries a clothesline, Hardy tries for a backslide. Benoit counters and forces Hardy to the corner. He chops away. Benoit with a superplex. Both men back up, they trade blows, Benoit ducks a punch and gets his Germans. Benoit tries a vertical, but Hardy coutners it into a Twist Of Fate. Benoit counters the TOF into a Crossface for the submission win.

Winner: Chris Benoit

Rating: ***- Solid match. Both men worked well with each other and nothing was badly done or particularly out of place. Nice work.

WWF Coliseum Video- Undertaker vs. Bam-Bam-Bigelow

This one could be good. The Bammer's playing the heel here, and 'Taker's the face for this match.

Bam and 'Taker go nose to nose to start. Bam starts things off with some punching. 'Taker no-sells and uppercuts, Bam takes a backwards bump into the corner. 'Taker goes to some choking. Ahh, yes, 'Taker and his always exciting offense.

'Taker breaks at four, Bam whipped across and he takes a pretty good bump into the corner. 'Taker charges and eats a boot. Bam gets a shoulderblock but 'Taker isn't phased. Bam tries another one and gets drop toeheld. 'Taker with a brainclaw(?) and he chokes some. He breaks and Bam bails.

Bam rolls back inside and kicks 'Taker as he slides back inside. He pounds away. Bam whips him in, but ducks early and gets caught with an uppercut. 'Taker goes oldschool (before it was actually that old).

'Taker tries to follow that up with a flying clothesline, but Bam avoids it and 'Taker crashes and burns. Stunned, 'Taker rolls to the floor. Bam follows him out and smashes him into the apron, the steps, and the post before tossing him back inside. Bam hammers away and 'Taker eats some more steps.

'Taker comes back in on his own power and takes a whip to the buckles. Bigelow follows him in with a kick and a snapmare. He follows that up with a couple falling headbutts and a stomp.

Bigelow now stands there, and the look on his face when 'Taker sits up is priceless. He looks like someone told him he just won the lottery. He catches 'Taker with a bodyslam and a couple more falling headbutts. Bam continues to be frustrated as 'Taker keeps sitting up.

Bam kicks him and drops another headbutt. Bigelow, nervously, watching 'Taker from the corner of his eye heads up top. Bam poses for a moment before coming off the top rope with a headbutt that 'Taker simply sits up to avoid. Both men come back to their feet and 'Taker nails a flying clothesline.

Bigelow bails out, but Tatanka attacks him directly in front of the refferee. Great officiating guys. Another ref comes down to separate Tatanka and Bam-Bam. Bam bails back inside and eats a chokeslam for the pin.

Winner: The Undertaker

Rating: 1/2*: Not too good. It was a little short and not very substantive. I expected more from these two.

I know.... :(

I'm pushing Bammer soon in my action figure fed out of respect for him.

By the way, up next is Vader versus Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat from the WCW "Computer Challenge Series".

Can't wait.....

Changed my mind for now.

WWF MSG Show- Hulk Hogan © vs. "The King" Harley Race- Texas Deathmatch

A Texas Deathmatch, for those that don't know, is essentially a no disqualification match. The match can't be stopped for blood or due to an injury, either.

Hogan hits the ring and takes Harley out before his music is even over. He goes to the floor and punches Harley around for a bit. Harley eats the ringside barrier. Harley gets tossed back inside and eats some more punches. Hogan hits a clothesline. Hogan hits another clothesline with his wristape. Hogan chokes Harley, and gets his super fake Hogan punches.

Harley gets back to his feet and gets chopped to the floor. Hogan follows him out and chokes him more with his wristape. Harley eats some announce table. He goes down and Hogan stomps him before choking him more.

Hogan breaks a (probably gimmicked) chair over Harley's head. Hogan continues simply punching away and follows that up by biting him. Hogan continues smashing and clubbering away.

Harley tries to run back into the ring but Hogan catches him on the apron. Harley gets a lowblow, his first offensive move all match, that sends Hogan back inside. Harley follows him back in, he gets an elbow to the back of the neck and some punching. Harley knees and stomps away for a bit

Harley gets a piledriver for two as Hogan does his traditional seizure sell. Harley stops a Hogan comeback with a headbutt and snapmares him to the mat. Harley hits a falling headbutt, no doubt inspiring Bam-Bam-Bigelow for years to come.

Hogan sells the headbutt all the way to the floor, he tries to roll back in but Harley stomps away. Harley rakes the back and hits a gutwrench suplex for two. Hogan's back up and he eats buckle.

Harley tries a whip but Hogan reverses it and Harley Flair-bumps over the top. Hogan follows him out, he rakes the back and stalks Bobby Heenan, who's out with Harley.

Hogan grabs Heenan allowing Harley to sneak up behind with a double-sledge. Harley uses a chair a couple times on Hogan's throat and once across the back. Harley follows that up with a headbutt and some punches. Harley tries a falling headbutt on the concrete floor and Hogan moves. Ouch.....

Harley bails back inside, Hogan follows him and kicks away. Harley takes a whip and eats a big boot, with a great oversell spin around, but he bucks the trend by popping back up instead of laying there for the leg drop. He takes an atomic drop, and a running clothesline that takes him to the floor.

Hogan follows him out and rakes away at the eyes. Harley eats ringpost. He tries to run off, but Hogan catches him with a chair. Hogan gets some headlock punches. He tries to follow it up but Harley gets a lowblow. Harley KILLS Hogan with a piledriver on the concrete. That was a nasty spot, and Hogan sold it really well. He's been selling fantastically all match, by the way.

Harley headbutts a fallen Hogan, and he shakes. But that's not a bad sell job right now- its realistic because the piledriver affects the neck. Hogan tossed back inside, he's covered for two. Harley uses the title belt now. He heads up top but Hogan moves and puts the belt in place of his head. Harley headbutts the belt. Hogan waits and nails Harley with another beltshot, following, I shit you not, The TATANKA DANCE!!!!!. Watch the video.

Following that Hogan picks up the win.

Winner: Hulk Hogan

Rating: **1/4- Probably the best match you could expect from these two. Race, by this point, was well past his prime but still managed to pull out the awesome here. Hogan, to his credit, didn't rely on his usual shit and really ate a lot of punishment and sold it really well. For one night only here Hogan made Race look like a maineventer again, instead of a broken down midcarder. Good job from both guys.

The Race-Hogan houseshow series was pretty good. The only bad part was how stupid Race looked in his ill-fitting crown.

The "Texas Death" matches were actually the second (or maybe third) set of matches they did. In the first, I think Race won by countout or DQ. The "Texas Death" was the final blow-off and a good way to end it. I believe it was a "house-show only" feud that went around the horn in the summer of 1987. If you can find their previous matches, check 'em out.

By the way, word at TCE is that WWE finally discovered Dailymotion. It had to happen sooner or later, but it was fun while it lasted. There's still a lot of non-WWE stuff there for us to enjoy in the mean time.
