I knew it was going to happen. El Mesias lost his title to Cibernetico. :( It appears the El Mesias/Cibernetico feud will continue. B) |

I'm honestly more of a CMLL fan. It's odd to me that AAA went all those years with no titles and now are reviving everything. |

I got the impression that business had picked up for them. Since I haven't been following it for very long, I'm not sure what did it. |

Pena dying had something to do with it now that I really think about it. He died and then the titles slowly started making their way back in. |

I think I start paying attention to lucha libre after Pena's death. I think the AAA title was around when I first watched a AAA match. |

For the longest time they only had the Women's belt and the Mixed Tag belts changing hands. You'd never really see the other belts. CMLL has been a little similar about it too. The belts have always been there but they were background at best until Mistico really started to climb to the top. Then the belts really started to come to the forefront and matter. |

Do you know if I will be able to pick up any CMLL via the Internet? YouTube is nice for a match or so but I'd like to see an entire show. |

http://www.slambamjam.com/mm5/merchant.mvc Most shows are $5. It really sucks that Galavision doesn't show it anymore because the Fox Sports show is terrible in comparison. |

Averno and Mephisto. Anything recently will be sporting them as the top rudo tag team. Both are extremely strong workers in any situation. Averno has had some great matches with Mistico over the last few years. Mistico. He gets a lot of net hate. He is limited in some ways and he's been fighting through injuries for about the last year and a half. But he tends to come through in the big matches. He's the biggest star in lucha libre, actually the world, at the moment. So he's worth checking out to see what the big deal is. L.A. Par-K. That one explains itself I think. Ultimo Dragon. He's pretty much a full timer at this point. Dr. Wagner Jr. The top heavyweight style guy. Great bawler, good technical skills and the no. 2 guy on the roster behind Mistico. Rey Bucanero and Ultimo Guerrero. These two are pretty well known so I won't go into it. Maximo. He's one of those Super Porky types. So awful that he's entertaining. Shocker. He was in AAA till recently so you're probably familiar with him by now. El Hijo Del Perro Aguayo. He's a younger entry into the lucha libre world. He's got loads of charisma. He's stable is cool and he's pretty good in the ring too. He's a guy that's easy to get drawn to from watching the shows. There's a lot of other guys that are solid but you won't watch just for them. Negro Casas, Hector Garza, Halloween, Damian 666, El Hijo Del Santo, Dos Caras Jr. and Black Warrior. |

Thank you. I think several of these guys were in AAA at one time or another. The review I did of the AAA pay per view contained a bit with Halloween but he wasn't in a match -- it was a return or something. I'm sure I've heard of Mephisto and Mistico before. |

Mistico yes, he's huge right now. Mephisto maybe. There are a lot of AAA guys running around in CMLL currently. They raided them pretty heavily awhile ago. |
