No offense to TNA, but Bound for Glory is no WrestleMania, so holding off on their big title change isn't going to make a difference what PPV is on. Maybe with the new head writer, they have something better planned? Trying to stay positive for once, I am.

I'm done staying positive when it comes to anything TNA or WWE does. There's just been one too many times when I thought "Huh, that seems stupid, but I'm going to hold on to the hope that it's leading to something big/great" and then I just get burned over and over again.

The CM Punk thing getting spectacularly screwed up was the last straw. I'll change my tone when WWE and TNA actually demonstrate an ability to not be fucking horrible anymore.

And just after I'm done ranting and raving, I go and see a huge spoiler from Impact. Should be an interesting show.

I just read that spoiler also. Surprising but not a bad idea

I think Storm is a much better guy to carry the title for the company than Roode would be.

Storm is definitely worthy of the opportunity and if I had to go back two months ago and select a member of Beer Money for the push, I would've selected him.

But then they went and built up Bobby Roode to the point where I was rooting for him. Oh well, Storm/Roode has the potential to be a money feud for TNA, so naturally I expect they'll botch it every step of the way.

They drew their biggest rating ever for this week's show. I think they could actually draw with Storm/Roode if they do it correctly.

Well, best rating in a long time. Probably the best rating not including the first live Monday show when Hogan debuted.

Fantastic news though. It was a case of the spoiler helping drive some interest. It wasn't a bad show either, despite there being about 8 minutes of wrestling in the entire 2 hour show. It felt like TNA was hitting the reset button in a lot of ways and setting the stage for the next few months of storylines. Also, I had missed hearing that Gail Kim had returned, so I marked out when she attacked Velvet Sky.

Impact has been alot better the past 6 months.

Partly because Russo is out as head writer and partly that Eric Bischoff was taken off TV

The only bad thing with TNA right now is the Styles-Danies-Crack ho Claire storyline
