Hello all, Long time DDO player, DDOCast listener, and forum lurker here.

Recently I read somewhere that if you had not reinstalled DDO in a LONG time that that contributes to the long load times I have been experiencing. So I went ahead and took the plunge....BIG mistake. Not only have my load times not gotten any better but all my neat keymap custom settings were reset to default. I have been able to recreate all but one...my favorite. I am just stuck and need some freindly help.

Used to be I could just push one button on my mouse and zoom around picking up anything and everything...now I just can't get it too work right. If I remember correctly it's supposed to be backspace and u. Can someone tell me the exact setting backspace and u are supposed to be assigned to? I've gotten it all messed up and want to go back to square one without resorting to defaulting again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think, if u look through the keymapping menu it should be called interact with object. Or something similar

Backspace is "select nearest object", I think, and U is "interact with selected object" (in other words, select highlighted dialog, pick up gold, etc. I have Back+U set for a side mouse button and love it!
I now work for Turbine!

For Future reference Keymapping file is stored in the "Dungeons & Dragons Online" Folder in "My Documents".
