Since Sig spotlighted me during the show, thought I'd post my current build for Kasatha for people to read over. Perhaps someone will refine it better than I have.

Typically I just run in swords a-swingin' and hit a quickened Heal as needed. I only have 1 use of Smite Evil, so I don't even have it hotbarred and my only charge of Lay on Hands is my "o shi-" button used in dire emergencies when I can't fire a Heal off on myself fast enough. I'm not really good at party healing, depending on scrolls to do so (In the Dreaming Dark quest on Hard, it took me 80+ Heal scrolls to get us through the end boss. It was not a pretty fight). I still see much potential in this build, especially as an Intimi-tank, but it would need a boost to DPS (probably through getting Improved Critical: Slashing, which I willingly gave up via feat swap for Quicken Spell). The levels were pretty front-loaded for melee, starting with 1 Paladin, 2-7 Fighter, 8-12 FvS, 13 Paladin, and 14-20 FvS.

It was difficult to do PUG raids, as the build is quite unique, but some of the healers I've PUGged with in normal quests loved not having to chase me down for heals when I zerged a bit, lol.

I was thinking of a similar build, but meant for tanking. 12 FvS/6 Paladin/2 FIghter(or 2 Monk). I'll read over it when I have more time, but it looks neat.

This is one variant I considered building, but when with Ftr 6/Pal 2 instead because of Kensei 1 and by 6th level, Fighter grants 4 bonus feats, which helps quite a bit. I do wish I had one more feat to use so I could have both IC: Slash and Quicken, but I wasn't able to pull it off. Paladins don't get Quicken until level 4 while FvS get it at level 1. I originally planned to exchange Maximize for Quicken since you can't maximize Heal, but it's required for the Angel of Vengeance Prestige Enhancement. With a Pal 6/Ftr 2, there's the option for Knight of the Chalice 1 or Defender of Siberys 1, looking at the pre-reqs, though, neither seems easy to pull of. KotC requires the Paladin Energy of the Templar I enhancement, which you can not take at the same time as the Favored Soul Energy of the Scion enhancements you need for Angel of Vengeance. Defender of Siberys has a feat pre-req, though you may be able to do it if you take your Fighter levels before you get the PrE (one of the feat requirements is Tower Shield proficiency, which Fighters get automatically at level 1).

I recall reading about a 2 Monk suggestion for the Evasion and WIS bonus to AC. Being clad in heavy armor, I couldn't really use or justify Evasion (especially since I wouldn't be able to get my Reflex high enough to take advantage of it) and I was split between having the spell points to cast spells (high CHA) or having a few spells that would be hard to save against (high WIS)

Yeah don't get me wrong, I like you build, looks well built and complex. I like the TWF Khopesh DPS allong side the Divine Punishment DPS.

The build I was planning is meant to be a Turtle Tank. I didn't work on AC at all so not sure how high I could get it, or if it would be effective. 12 FvS/6 Paladin/2 FIghter(or 2 Monk)

12 FvS for AoVII, Divine Punishment, and Heal(mainly)
6 Paladin for Divine Righteousness, LoH, Cha bonus to saves, and Intim as a Class Skill
2 Fighter for Base HP, and 2x Free Feats or (2 Monk for Evasion, and 2x Free Feats)

I don't remember all the feats I had planned out, but I think these are they...

Shield Mastery
Sentinal Dragonmarks(all 3)
Toughness
Empower Spell
Maximize Spell
Quicken Spell
Bullheaded
SF: Imtim

Not even going to attempt to remember the starting stats, they were similar to yours, except no Dex and higher Str/Con.

With the planner I think I got the HP total close to 700.

The idea behind this build is to generate Hate through Divine Punishment. Using Intimidate while using a shield gives a +100% bonus to hate generation for melee, ranged, and spell casting for 12 seconds. Divine Righteousness gives a +100% bonus to hate generated for melee and spell casting. And wearing the Anathema ring that dropps in The Cursed Crypt, has a invisable +25% Hate bonus for spell casting.

So...
225% Hate on Spells Cast
650-700+ HP
DR20%/- while Shield Blocking with a Tower Shield(Levik's)
Self Healing/Buffing
50-70+ Intimidate
Orien DDOCast Build Guild Character
Limm Dul the Necromancer Drow lvl2 Cleric/10 Wizard Pale Master
Other Characters on Orien
~Nimzaraka~(lvl20 Wizard - Pale Master - 3rd Life), ~Nimalika~(lvl18 Paladin/2 Monk - 2nd Life), ~Nimfu~(lvl11 Monk/7 Wizard - Ninja Spy/Pale Master - 2nd Life), Nimhish(lvl20 Favored Soul), Nimja(lvl12 Rogue/8 Fighter - Acrobat/Kensi), Nimaeti(lvl16 Ranger - Arcane Archer),Pseudonim(lvl10 Rogue - Mechanic), Nimazayn(lvl10 Cleric - Radiant Servant), Nimbael(lvl5 Barbarian), Nimpho(lvl8 Bard/1 Rogue)

Looks like you're planning ahead for Update 11 and using the Epic Chimera's Crown and Epic Chimera's Fang. If you wanted additional damage mitigation, could drop Empower Spell for Improved Shield Mastery. Not too sure about Bullheaded though, even if it is +2 to Intimidate.

Yeah, planning for the changes to the Epic Items. But this is only a concept build.

The bonuses to Intimidate stack up, and all of the small ones count.

+2 from Sentinal Dragonmark I
+2 from Bullheaded
+3 from SF: Intim

And if you're a TR...

+2 from Selected Fighter Past Life
+2 from Selected Barbarian Past Life
+1 from Selected Rogue Past Life
Orien DDOCast Build Guild Character
Limm Dul the Necromancer Drow lvl2 Cleric/10 Wizard Pale Master
Other Characters on Orien
~Nimzaraka~(lvl20 Wizard - Pale Master - 3rd Life), ~Nimalika~(lvl18 Paladin/2 Monk - 2nd Life), ~Nimfu~(lvl11 Monk/7 Wizard - Ninja Spy/Pale Master - 2nd Life), Nimhish(lvl20 Favored Soul), Nimja(lvl12 Rogue/8 Fighter - Acrobat/Kensi), Nimaeti(lvl16 Ranger - Arcane Archer),Pseudonim(lvl10 Rogue - Mechanic), Nimazayn(lvl10 Cleric - Radiant Servant), Nimbael(lvl5 Barbarian), Nimpho(lvl8 Bard/1 Rogue)
