Oh yes, if you do only have a Wii, the Xenoblade is essentially a must have, because as you say, there's nothing else like it available on the console. I was just disappointed after seeing the reviews for the game that evidently everyone who did review the game doesn't own a PS3

I picked up the Mystery Case Files game on the Wii, and frankly, it's impressive. I like the occasional hidden object game if it's done well, and this one is done well

My poor, neglected Wii... I haven't even powered it on in like a month. I have a small stack of games I've been meaning to play on it too, like Monster Hunter and Silent Hill. Too many other titles lately!

Well, Xenoblade has had a fair chunk of play time from me, but I know what you mean. It's a console well and truly in its death throes. |

It really does feel that way. Some of the recent price drops have me considering some games - like I saw a good deal on a couple of Wii games on Amazon earlier - Lost in shadows and... knights of vallhala I think? that caught my eye, but it's gotten less rotation for me lately than my PSP even |

I feel the same way. I bubble up when I look at the sad little thing sitting lonely in its corner. It only gets used for point & clickers with the missus

Yup. I last played mine several weeks ago when some friends were over and we broke out Mario Kart. Maybe a round of Monster Hunter since. Doesn't really encourage me on the Wii U - I know a lot of people loved their Wii's, but it came in 4th behind my 360, PS3 and PC over the last 2 or 3 years. |

Did anyone grab Skyward Sword? I've found it to be thrilling, yet "meh" at the same time. The control system is a bit wonky, particularly when it comes to item selection. In several ways, it's more of a step back than a step forward. Still fun as ever, though. |

@Scypher - I have not yet. In fact, I had never played Twilight Princess - just picked that up for the kids for Christmas so at this pace, I'll probably try Skyward in 2014.

I looked at it a couple of times but have not yet picked it up. I will probably wait until I get through my gaming backlog a bit better. |
