For me, from that list, the two main ones are Drakengard (started my love affair with Cavia... RIP :() and Clock Tower 3 (funnily enough, the only horror game I've played right through to completion. Usually I give up at the end boss).

 I would completely vote for Clock Tower 3 - as that was one of the last horror games, along with Fatal Frame 3, I played on the PS2. Heading over to the article post now to read the whole list and comment. :)
