Ok, it's here now. Sony's new wunderchild. Mind you, I still have to wait a week for mine ![]() But regardless! Scypher, what are your favourite games so far? How does region locking/ accounts work? I MUST KNOW THESE THINGS!

I'm absolutely loving Hot Shots Golf, as it's loaded with unlockables and I'm familiar enough with Mario Golf that it feels old yet fresh. WipeOut isn't too bad either, aside from having load times long enough to visit the toilet and grab a drink. Little Deviants is pretty interesting as far as mini-game collections go, but what little I played of it to far seems to just serve to show off the Vita's new features. Michael Jackson is, well, exactly what you'd expect it to be. A lot of the "good" (hopefully, that is) games will be coming on Wednesday when it officially launches, such as Dynasty Warriors, Katamari, etc. Disgaea and Gravity Rush give something to look forward to after the launch rush. As for the region locking, I'm still not entirely sure how that works. I only have one memory card at the moment. Can't even attempt to login to a different account, since you can only have one account connect to the system at a time and I'm not keen on formatting it yet. |

I am really curious about the accounts thing. I keep wondering if multiple mem cards would get around this. For example, my son would probably want an account, and my daughter too. This has easily been one of my 2 biggest vita gripes so far (the other being the price of the memory cards). We share systems, they all have PSN id's, so whether or not they can play on it on their own accounts is a huge question for me. Initial reports say 'no', but then someone said there was an IGN video on how to get around this, but I haven't seen it yet. |

Can't wait to pick it up. Plan on only getting Hot Shots Golf tomorrow but later on I'll be picking up Blazblue, Disgaea 3, and (My must have) Gravity Rush. Oh yea, and Super Stardust Delta. :3 |

Love it love it love it love it love it. Especially Dynasty Warriors! I'm a little disappointed how poor the PSP games look. But then I'm not getting rid of my PSP Go. The Vita's features more than make up for that. Great social networking options, too. |

Know what floored me about that game? IGN's review. They actually gave it a decent score. They're usually so hard on that series, I was expecting like a 5. Glad you're digging it - the game and the system. |

Same. At first, I was SERIOUSLY disappointed (A bit angry) that NONE of my PSP games were compatible with the PS Vita. But than I realized I was able to get them on by copying them from my PS3. Too bad some of my games don't work like Dragon Ball Z and Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops Plus, though. |

Yeah, they also gave a staggeringly positive review for the last PS3 game - Dynasty Warriors 7 Xtreme Legends. And it's someone different the reviews the games now. I suspect that IGN is caving under the mass of complaints that come from DW fans with their reviews - the series has built s seriously fanatical fanbase out west now. |

I tell you what, those game cards are so clunky and the card slot in the Vita is so uncomfortable that I know now that I will only be downloading games for the Vita. Suits me just fine

Just curious, what size memory cards did you guys buy? I thought I'd stick to 4GB until the PS One games became compatible, but with all the apps, games, and free junk, 32 seems like the minimum for my purposes. |

I got a 4GB with the console, but I bought another 8GB today. I'll probably keep buying them that way, to be honest, rathe than cough up for the 32 in one go. |

I think if/when I get it, I'll just go the 'tear off the band aid' route and just grab the 32 and be done with it. My hope is by that time, there will be a bundle available for that. I'm probably not looking at it until late this year though. Too much else to wade through game-wise. |
