-No personal ads on the forums, Divine Oblivion is not a dating service.
-No topics concerning illegal activities such as pirated software, hacks,
cracks, or serials... or any other form of abusing the credit system.
-Do not post religious posts that are meant to bash other religions or
convert people to your religion; only serious, polite religious topics are
allowed.

Replies
-Do not steer threads off-topic.
-Do not bump topics more than once every 2 hours.
-Do not resurrect threads where the last reply is more than 2 weeks old.
-Threads older than 2 weeks will be locked and discarded.

Images
-Posted images must be no bigger than 500x500 pixels.
-Anything that would break Divine Oblivion's TOS is not allowed to be posted in an image on the forums.

General
-Treat each Divine Oblivion member with respect.
-Do not personally attack others.
-Posts may be in other languages, however, they require translations.
-Only quote relevant information (up to four levels).
-Do not post negative threads about other members unless you omit
identifying information.

Signatures & Avatars
-Signatures cannot link to mature content.
-Signatures may be no larger than 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.

Concerning My Precious Newbs
-Please treat all newbies with respect and patience.
-If you must use the famous "search button", do it in a polite way.

Concerning Moderators
-Please contact a moderator if you see someone breaking the rules or have a
question.
-If you feel a moderator is not responding correctly to a post, feel free to
ask for a second opinion from another mod.
-When reporting to a moderator, only contact one at a time, and let any
subsequent mods know who you contacted before them.
-Be respectful of the moderators... you may disagree with their decision,
but do not argue with a moderator... Hell, you could try but you probably won't succeed. If you want, bring up your feelings about the decision with another moderator.

We really take offense of peoples actions and emotions so don't go as far as to bringing stuff such as this up:

Your idea sucks and only someone stupid could have thought of it. (Having a different opinion never makes anyone stupid. I could state otherwise for the one making the judgment though)

This may sound a bit familiar, but as you can see all these may in fact disagree,but the fourth one is an only actual discussion and the only one that abides by our rules. The rest are insulting, demeaning, and just plain rude dude.

I'm sure we all know the old saying: "If you can't say something nice don't say anything at all". But if its that hard go a step further and GTFO. If you didn't understand our acronym, we want you to get the fuck out. We don't take offenders lightly.

If you wish to carry on in respectful discussion, you can chop off fingers, you could flay a foot to the bone, heck, you can burn down the village for all we care, but don't make it personal. Just don't do it man.
