Agartha has no gem income and there seems to be nothing in the former Niefelheim seas either. So I guess the waters are indeed completely useless. Mictlan Navy started out with high hopes, the sailors are now quite frustrated. In other news, the Nahualli sorcerers are also annoyed because their valuable time is wasted on patrol duty due to the recent mind hunting activities.. |

Yeah, I guess the AI (which struggles at the best of times) really isn't well set up to cope with a dead seas scenario. :-) |

I've been worrying about it awhile and now it's official, the JWs are getting obsolete.. Lanka kindly demonstated this by stomping my besieging troops at Borale Hopefully the my mages will perform better against those SCs/thugs, at least they should have some tools for the task. One thing I don't understand about that Borale fight, why did you rout? There was exactly one jaguar warrior left on the field. Now that brave dude is alone continuing the siege Didn't count the turns but was it really over 50? |

In the latest news: With the Niefelheim crisis escalating, more and more refugees are escaping the conflict zone trying to reach the safety of the Southern Niefelheim provinces. Lankan peacekeeping forces were forced to make an intervention to put a stop to this humanitarian crisis. Lankan troops were dispatched today to resume control of the whole Niefelheim territory and put an end to the terrors over local populace. Prime minister Chandrakan has issued a statement claiming that no harm will be done to Mictlan occupation forces that retreat back to their territory. Borale - yep, 50 turns, the brave dude didn't manage to escape in time. |

Can we have Niefelheim AI if he's not playing any more, so he doesn't slow us down |

Nief staled the last turn, but apart from that he got the previous four turns in, so I'm guessing he's still playing (unless he is just submitting empty turns or some such, of course). |

He is beaten, he has nothing left. Nobody in this game turned themselves AI after losing, just stopped playing, which is quite annoying. |

Nief did just get his turn in - thanks Bann :-) With the other guys, yeah it would have been much better form if they'd popped their heads in to let us know that they planning to leave, or even just turned themselves straight to AI. Ah well, the show must go on! :-D |

Bann, sorry for doubting you. It's just that with 48h turns staling becomes more annoying. |

Yeah, sorry about that one stale a few back. I swear that I never recieved that turn. You guys ok if I got AI? I think I lose my fort this turn, and that leaves me with 1 water province that has 2 resources in it. |

I'm ok with AI of course. To Ulm: If Lanka beats me and takes my lands I honestly don't think that you and C'tis can fight him anymore, considering his lead in resources - income, gems and blood combined. Therefore I'd suggest a ceasefire between us. Just a thought. |

Just so you know I'm reading these things ![]() My scout network got crapped on a while back, so I really have no idea what's what. All I know is that lanka or Mict is going to win this thing, and C'tis and I pretty much can just play spoiler, well unless C'tis actually has done something with all that research he's sitting on ![]() As to whom I will help spoil... Well let's just say I'm assuming no one needs my capitol for victory, so I might be buyable in light of not having to actually defend myself for the time being. Also for what it's worth, this has been a largely diplo free game for me. I only agreed to one NaP the entire game, and that nation is going AI it appears. That's not a shot across the bow to anyone (lanka, really), but just a nod to the reality of the diplo situation here. I hold no ill will towards anyone, and I'm somewhat happy to sit in my corner and do my Ulm thing, but that's not much fun. Really the war with Mict was predicated on him being the only target since Nief held the other border. Now... well, like I said, maybe more diplo is needed. I am for sale in some sense, I can't win a war against either mict or lanka, but I can be a pest to someone. The golems flying around are only the tip of the iceberg, though the reality is that I'm sure they are outclassed by the real armies which are out there somewhere

Well I can't buy peace really, I need all I got just to survive against Lanka atm. My point was simply that as Lanka seems the strongest now, siding with him won't probably increase your relative power later. Lanka has played much the way I would have liked, rush early and then build a decisive lead. This is why I would have enjoyed some breathing time after Hinnom ![]() Also, the forces I had south were those hastily assembled to meet you and Niefelheim, just plain old jaguar warriors. As awesome as they are, they don't cut it against kitted SCs and thugs. Now I'm being raided and have to hope I can get some counters in before it's too late. Anyways, I've had fun so far and I'm not resigning yet in any way, no matter how you choose. |

I would just like to point out that Lanka is not the aggressor here. We are on a humanitarian mission to liberate the occupied Niefelheim lands (Niefelheim's capital would have been Mictlan's fourth). |
