Heads up for pretender creation. Make sure you have CBM pretender data enabled (ie sons of the sun are 0 point instead of 50 points for example). The technical solution to enable pretenders relies on CBM being read before Cataclysm and I have no clue what decides the loading order. Try disabling all mods, enabling cbm and the enabling cataclysm / booting the game / just messing up with all possible seettings if you have problems.

I'm a bit warried that there are too many gems are given on zero level sites.
Frankly speaking I don't see any sense with it. It just demotivates to build gem economy, it's easier to grab someon'es capital then waste time on finding own sites.

For next versions of Cata I would propose to remove gem bonuses from all mod sites at all.
I don't know if capital site income should be halved, but maybe.

For this game I would suggest to set higher level of normal sites frequency, it's easy. It should make less early game summon army madness and rushing for constr8 or to thugs instead of gold bought armies without need to explore sites at all.

I tried several days to invent something better then awake pretender. Really hard. But.. But any not awake automatically means less zero level sites found, which means less research, less gems, less money, less everything and being a early target of someone who just took more lands, got more mages, more gems, more DIVERSITY and now wants your capital.

I think it will add diversity to strategies.

People did pretenders without the CBM settings and this resulted in oddity. I'm going to reset the game.

So basically resend pretenders and:

IF YOUR NATION GOT THE CHEAT MESSAGE:
Redo your god. While making the god check that the Sons of the Sun pretender chassises cost 0 points. If they do not, you'll have to disable all mods, enable CBM1.92 first and then Cataclysm 0.93 and try again. Booting game etc is worth a try if that doesn't work.

This is about the way the new chassises were added and nothing can easily be done about it. I'll see if I'll do the hard way for next patch.

EDIT: Game got a new name as I deleted the old one, it's not AftermathII instead of Aftermath_II

I sent in a pretender from the correct set of pretenders (with the Sons of the Sun at 0 pts), but it still listed me as having cheated.

Anyways, have already sent in a revised pretender, and got a reply back from llamaserver that it has received my pretender. However, the status page on Aftermath2 is not reflecting that Pink has sent in the pretender.
