![]() "The world that once was the great sewer system of the divine realm of the Pantokrator became clogged with land. Now pitiful aspiring deities seek to claim this sewer of true gods." - Some unfunny province naming - 38 proper sea provinces, 1 lake province - 79 land provinces, 13 (I think) of which situated in four very accessible islands. Download from here! I probably can't be arsed to fix any bugs. I already had to cut 111 pixels from a side to reduce the amount of land provinces, and that was painful. Feel free to fix and post links though! |

I'll gladly supply the .xcf if someone wants to do some really easy edits to increase/decrease province counts a bit. I'd do it by myself, but editing the .map file after editing province amounts is tons of work which could be toned down drastically with a program that remembers where each province dot is and then prints new map data with corract province numbers when provinces are added/removed. That's actually something I might code tomorrow though since it's fairly a simple thing. |

I'd love to take a look at those (just PM-ed you my email). Doubt my paint box skills will allow me to make any use of them, but then having the templates won't make them any worse either. And a huge thanks from me to you for making this map. I didn't want to go down the "nagging Elmokki" road to solve the major problems I was having finding a map for my game (6+3 split for those interested), as I try to only ever use such option as a last resort. But it appears some less scrupulous players in the game have no such worries in doing so as a first option  |

Ok, first check over the map gives these missing connections 1-115 7-17 10-118 23-38 24-38 29-31 91-105 96-97 97-103 100-105 All have been fixed in the update linked below (zip includes both map and image file) https://dl.dropbox.com/u/97382000/CloacaMaxima_v2.zip |

Even packaged the pile of .xcf files I scrounged up is over 7 megabytes, so I just uploaded it instead of trying to send it via email. I also figured I might as well post here instead of in an email so I don't have to send the stuff more than once if someone else wants the stuff. http://koti.kapsi.fi/~elmokki/dom3/maps/maps.zip I also noticed I had this uploaded already. It's a huge map and fairly old so it may be a fairly good source of props for map making: http://koti.kapsi.fi/~elmokki/dom3/maps/riverlands-xcf.zip Few things to note: - Sometimes layers aren't named in English or really at all. If there are 4 layers, they are dots - borders - props - land and if there are 3 it's borders (& dots?) - props (& dots?) - land - In the same layer as props province dots are super annoying. To get rid of them easily just use GIMP's color selector tool (but with tolerance of 0 instead of default 15) and recolor them all with some shade of green and it should be fine. The map of the topic does exactly this. - While newer maps tend to have a layer for just the dots, all the newer maps are based on older maps so chances are some props I've bothered to rip that just don't appear in those (pine forest as an example) Also thanks for actually bothering to fix the connections instead of just listing them! |
