Omg omg omg!
Looks like its going to be called "Last Window" which suggests it'll be the final one
Hopefully it'll be an ironic name like "Final Fantasy" and sales will go through the roof to keep them open mindedDemon Souls

Destructoid is literally creaming itself over this game, and seemingly is a large portion of the online gaming community.
Gamespot Says:
Brutally challenging and utterly engrossing, this innovative role-playing game is one of the year's best.

Has anyone had contact with this game yet? It looks amazing. Also its being ranked up in the difficulty of Ninja Gaiden, that combined with rpg elements seems like a killer combination.
Opinions?

Sony announces new PS3 Slim

We know, we're as shocked as you are, which is to say, not at all: Sony has used the GamesCom stage in Cologne to announce the oh-so-tiny PS3 Slim. The good news is that the system sports both a slimmer form factor (33 percent smaller, 36 percent lighter and 34 percent less power use) a 120GB hard drive and the tidy price tag of $299. The bad news? It boasts all the same features as the current PS3, which means still no backwards compatibility with your PS2 games.
If you've been holding off on buying a chunkier PS3 until the inevitable release of its slimmer little brother, your wait will finally end in September.

Wow, so it is real after all! Amazingly, I kinda like it since it looks better than the leaked photos I saw & seems much less wider. Very unfortunate that its not backwards compatible though but the price would be sort of tempting if it turned into a realistic AU$400-450

Valkyria Chronicles 2 revealed
The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed some interesting details about the next chapter of Valkyria Chronicles.
Firstly, the name for the new title will be Valkyria Chronicles: The Gaul Royal Military Academy.
Secondly, and more interestingly, it will be a PSP game.
The game is set 2 years after the events of the original, where Cadets from the Gaul Royal Military Academy are sent to prevent a brewing revolt from gaining momentum.
The game's central concept is contrasting the world of the military academy, with the world of war. It is due out in Japan this Winter.
