I havent played in a while ...but if its in the forest then the way to find it is look for a grouping of trees that looks like a bump.

If its elsewhere then it will look like a ball thats been cut in half and laid on the flat end.

she's probably talking about disc 4 jsut stic around the mountains and there would be a small spot of land, enough to walk across. a domed shape forest would be there then.

First off, please don't triple post. Or double post...if someone doesn't answer your question immediately, hang tight and chill a bit. Triple posting won't make people come faster, k? Now, for your question. targetter did a good job of answering it, but if you need more depth...

Now, first off, go through Portal 2 (the middle one) on the chain up to Ultimecia's Castle. This should get you to the Serengetti Plains in Centra. You should be able to see the Centra Ruins (where you got Tonberry and Odin) in the background if you rotate the screen around a bit. Go west and swing around the bay, which is north of you. Once around it, go east and somewhat north till you hit the Chocobo Forest almost completely blocked off by mountains (The Tricky Chocobo Forest). Enter. If you did the Chocobo Forest minigames, just grab the chocobo and go. If not, pay the ChocoBoy to catch a mother chocobo for you. Leave the Forest with it.

Now, backtrack to the Centra Ruins. Below it is a beach. Enter the water and cross the shallows, going westward, till you see a beach just before Edea's House (it'll be the first beach you see on the main Centra continent.) Now, Go on the land and go northward towards the Kashkabald desert (and the blinking red dot). Using your chocobo, this should be a breeze, with no encounters and a faster moving speed.

Once you come upon the blinking red dot on the map, get off the Chocobo. Before you should be the Ragnarok and a portal nearby. Jump through the portal quick, and a new portal will appear on the opposite side of the chain, giving you quick access to the Ragnarok from now on. Jump back through, save, and board the Ragnarok. If you did the Card Clud Quest, Xu and co. will be aboard to play you cards (they have all cards you missed and/or card-modded, except those won from the Card Queen Quest) and the Joker will play Shop Keeper and Junk Shop Owner too. Board the ship and off you go! Don't forget to save before challenging any of the CC group to cards if you have that option!

Also, to find the Card Queen (who has the remaining cards), find the Lunar Base Crash Site, go slightly north to just on the continent above the desert, and land. Equip Enc-None and walk around the area till you find the Crash Site (it's invisible). As always, save!

Anyway, hopefully that helped. Good luck!

....and I know I wrote this exact same strategy before.....and yet, I can't find it..... hmmm.....

Double posting isn't allowed, that's all. Before you do it somewhere else and another mods catches you, it's better that you're warned. Don't do it again, k? And you're welcome.
