I used Rinoa on my last time through the game and all she used was angelo cannon when it came to limit breaks. How do you get wishing star consistently? |

I am nothing, and everything.

I dnt think you can unless you learn it only. Dont you start off with some limit breaks ? so i think it would be impossible. I spose you could focus on her luck. |

The only thing you must do is to find (or buy) a magazine called "Pets Pal" (I don´t remember the correct name of the magazine). There are many issues (there are 6) and I think that Wishing Star is the one of the newest issue (maybe the 6th) just read that magazine and then go to Rinoa´s status menu and open a window with plenty of Angelo´s strikes .... then select Wishing Star and you will start learning it. when you finish the learning you will be ready to use it in the battle, but Wishing Star will appear only RANDOMLY |

I know it appears randomly, but I've seen people do it consistently.... maybe I should get only the first basic one and then only get wishing star afterwards. That would be amazing in the end. |

there are ways to do it, just like there are ways to consistently get rinoa to cast Meteor while she is Angel Winging. |

yep, then juice up her luck and there shouldnt be a problem wait untill you have got the last edition of pet pals and learn that only upon the other you start off with. |

One other thing (Hi all) - at the screen where you select a limit for Angelo to learn, select Wishing Star. Also junction Aura or Ultima to Rinoa's Luk-J, that will guarantee you get it most of the time. It also helps to only have wishing star learned. Incidentally, Rinoa's Uber Sorceress form (Angel Wing + Meteor only) is suprisingly easy to obtain, though perhaps not as useful in most situations as the Invincible Moon + Wishing Star combination (or Wishing Star alone) you can get without Angel Wing. |
