Hey you. I'm currently about thousand of miles away from my strategies guides (I'm visiting Raven/CryosAngel in Cali), and can't remember off-hand what around there does, but if you can wait until sometime Tuesday or early Wed (I'm leaving to go home Monday, don't get back till like midnight, also, I would try helping now, but we just got back from our trip out to Disneyland [took us all day to get back to her place], so I need some sleep hardcore, since I only slept MAYBE a total of 10-16 hrs the last 4 days x_____X) So...yeah. if that's too long, sorry, but if you have other issues, ask. Although you've pretty much caught up to me where I left off about this time last year (I think one or two places past me...? I'm in the second-to-last major location, not to give away any plot if you don't know the story), but I've come to like this game quite a lot and it's probly the game I've memorized second-most, after FF8, and barring whatever game I'm currently playing at the time. Anyway, must be off, lemme know if you can wait the few days or if it's too important. Sorry for not being helpful-er. And hey

hey, lol its okay ive done it, i worked out that you press select to view equipments attributes. i have played and completed it before, im just re-doing it. when i first played it it was one of my least fave ffs but it really has grown on me, its the chocobo hot or cold quests, they are great! ive just go the hilda garde now, i mean the decent version of it. so ive just been to the big library place, i then saved my game and am guna play again today and do some more chogograph digging. the only thing i dont like about this game is i wish there were mor elocations, they have some great locations but they are places you continuely go back to so nothing really new. plus when you have played games so many time sthings feel like they are going quicker hope youre having a great time! |

Oh, yeah...I suppose if my brain was working I could have told you about the select thing...sorry x___X Yeah, I didn't like this game when I first played it only cuz none of my friends did and I wanted something more FF8-y, which this wasn't. But it's good in its own right, even if most of the characters annoy and/or disgust me. Plus it has some awesome minigames and sidequests, and Memoria is arguably the best idea for a final world ever, and is my second favourite "final dungeon" after Ultimecia's Castle, which just pwns everything, imo. Yeah, Chocobo Hot and Cold was fun, but also annoying cuz if you were off by a fraction of an inch, nada. Kinda sucky. Also it took forever to dig up some of that crap and even longer to find and obtain them, and some of them with cards in em were annoying, cuz you'd try to remember to save before you find and open them in case you got a card with a sucky set of arrows, but even if you did, there was only so many million times you were willing to restart to get a good card, and usually you'd just settle with 4-6 arrows cuz you knew it was impossible to do better. But ehhhh And I have to agree they have some awesome and beautiful places, but I think they handled the "repeating places" quite well. Take Alexandria. You return 3 times officially (start of game in a limited sense, then pre- and post-Bahamut/Alexander fight), and each time the places you can visit are dramatically different. I liked that...it wasn't repetitive so much, but also gave some continuity. I agree there could have been more locations, but I suppose that would have made the map cluttered and the game ever longer without point, so i guess overall i think they made the right choice, although I'm all for a longer, more complex game that includes more (potentially optional) areas, so ehhh... Anyway, just popping on before losing my sanity while attempting to finish everything I still have yet to do down here up so I can start packing to go home being as I have to leave Rach's no later than 10AM so I can be at the airport for noon so I can be on my plane for 2PM so I can be arriving in Ottawa at midnight so I can be home for 1AM-ish. So yay. So much to do, so little Brody. So I shall return, being there's anything else you need help with/for. I made it to Terra in my last playback, so up to there I could likely help you, or I can always do the strategy-guide referencing, so ehh. Anyway, ttyl, battery on laptop dying now. till soon, Soph, and g'luck! |

its okay, i forgive you  i totally agree, why couldnt they have given such a good game, brilliant characters, i just cant love em, steiner, my god, what is he wearing - would does he really have to have that armour all the time and be so annoying. i dont like the way they have big hands or feet, i prefered it slightly more realistic. zidane looks crap, stupid tail. and all the clothes are just rubbish really, only character i love is beatrix, wish she was a more playable character. sh elooks so much younger than steiner, why she would lik ehim i dont know. you know, im really curious as to what vivis actual face look slike, im sure it cant be a shadow. and they said he looked young so im thinking a kid, but i wish it showed you. i quite like eiko if it was for her stupid clothes. and freya - did she have to be a rat...sigh. oddly, i like quina - god knows why but i find the daft thing very amusing. could have been better deigned though. and yes, ulti's castle is by far the best - just the way you go around getting your abilities back and exploring, puzzly, great! i cant remember memoria very well - not there yet, im at brab bul. looking up something about hades but i think thats in memoria so i dont have to worry about it yet. sure ther eis more i can find in the bran bul area though. cards are crap rewards and they are the only mini game i dont like - i just cant getthe idea od how to do them, no matter even if i do what i think is correct i always lose. i prefer ff8s card game, much simpler, and prettier cards, i think (whyyy god whyyy does my ff8 disc be broken!) oh yeah - i liked the way the areas changed, i just wish there was more to do, i mean id go into town in linblum thinking i could get some ace weapon upgrades and there would be nothing new and no new people to talk to really. jus the scerery was different - but yes it was handled better than it could have been. whoaaa do you ever sleep? have a safe trip - then get some sleep mr! catch ya later soph x |
