tl;dr: Labyrinth on Duodecim is annoying, but probably better than Duel Colosseum, if way harder to manage. Also, play FF10-2, cuz, hey, why not? Reason: massage+b00bs+Spira's Angels=fanboy wetdream. That is all.
That's ok, that's why I provided this handy tl;dr at the end of it. ...I think I might include tl;dr postscripts at the end of every post I make, so even the uber lazy amongst you can enjoy the awesomeness that are my posts. :D ...except then no one will actually READ any of the post besides the tl;dr bits, and I will have to jump off a cliff because I have succeeded in utterly screwing myself over.

tl;dr: Just read the thing above. It's handy. And as long as you can find/play FF10-2, you might as well, since at the very least it's...intriguing. o____O

...I have a headache now. And want to go to sleep. But I also want to watch Criminal Minds, which isn't on for another 40 minutes. Alas. Sucktastic. Blah, we'll see how this goes. Anyway, g'luck with the FF10-2 playing, and if you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to bombard me with questions :D

*pops open umbrella and readies for the probably-not-impending shower of strategy questions while humming a medley of Julie Andrews music or something*

Cool, although I'd have to look into that myself, since it's been awhile since I played FF10 from the beginning (probably back when it first came out o___O)

I know I did end up having Yuna and Rikku with like, goddess-like stats since I filled in most of the blank nodes so they had like, max HP plus epic stats otherwise, and I always planned to do the same with the remaining characters, but didn't. It also didn't help that I only managed to fill in most of the nodes cuz this was about the point and time we had a GameShark for PS2, so we used it to get unlimited spheres, which more-or-less tainted that saved file :P

As for how to do it without cheating in unlimited spheres, uh, I'd have to say I'm not sure what the best way off-hand is to max-out abilities and the like, but if you've made it to the end of the game, I'm sure I can check it out and see where the best place to get decent spheres are, and at least you can use that to max out everyone's sphere grid, and potentially start filling in some of the blanks too.

tl;dr: I am not sure how to go about maxing out stats in FF10 anymore, at least without cheating via "unlimited spheres", anyway, but if you do wanna know, and you're more-or-less finished the game elsewise, lemme know how much more you need to go to "max out" everyone (ie: which sections of the sphere grid everyone's in, etc.), and I'll hopefully provide some pro tips.

...that was still long. My bad *shrug*

...bleh, tired, sick, and headache/stomachache-y. Bleh. Do not wanna have to call re: job interviews in an hour or any of that other drama today. Really just wanna crawl back into bed and sleep. Le sigh. Anyway, off to go eat or something, might as well be ready to head out at 10 if I actually manage to land a job-interview right away x___X

I'm unsurprised.

And, if you guys are bored, the forum that StrantaAbsol and I moderate is having an easter egg hunt that involves Final Fantasy trivia: http://enix-online.com/forums/index.php
