this is the beta patch, they are only releasing it to a few places. I have a friend who got it from there and sent me the link. Once you run the patch, it will only let you play unranked servers so keep that in mind. It is supposed to hit public servers soon and if everyone wants, I will get a 20 person server so we can play it and have control.
