May 5th will be my last day as a U.S. Marine. I am being Honorably Discharged with a re-enlistment code of RE-3P. Which means, I am not eligible to re-enlist, but if my condition improves, my health returns, my Achilles tendon heals and I can pass a Fitness Test...I can rejoin the good old USMC, LMAO! WTF? Are they fucking with me? They won't allow me the surgery prior to booting me, but if I get all fixed up on my own once I am out, I have a chance of getting back in. Is that the most retarded thing you have ever heard? OMG! I about freaked when I got that news today. Since I contacted my Congressman, allot of things, well really just the one thing now that mattered to me most has appeared to go my way. My Severance Pay! Well it seems I will be getting it. Whether its full, or partial, I do not know yet. Full would be about $30,000 Partial is half of that I am also selling back 60 days of leave which will give me around $5,500 - $6000 I also get travel claim cash and some other types of pay related to my separation, so hopefully I will be in a good place until I can find work again. ( An extra couple grand or so ) If I do get all this money...I am going to buy a fucking computer the second those funds hit my account. I am tired of waiting for this god damn Alienware m17x to be released! I am looking at desktops right now and holy shit does Alienware have some sweet fucking desktops these days. I configured one last night for shits-n-giggles, and to my door it would cost $7,900 (with 24" Flat Screen 1920x1200) So that is the latest and greatest. I am still anxiety ridden, stressed out and really freaked over this whole ordeal...But as soon as I am out, I am going to smoke the biggest BLUNT you've ever seen, watch Scooby-Doo cartoons, and eat Cheeze-Whiz Nachos with mucho Jalapeños until I friggin burst! Then I am gunna wake up, and do it all over again for about a month! Then I will apply with all the local Police Dept's and hopefully get hired on somewhere as a Cop! Woohoo....Good plan eh' fellas? Oh...The wifey and I might take a 10 day first class vacation somewhere as well. Not sure where, but if I get all that cash, I am going to give her the real Honeymoon she never had. ( Vegas was our initial Wedding + Honeymoon ) BLAH! Until then... Later doods, BLunTKLoT
