“New wolf at my house” That had been the message that had Jason on the road now. He wasn’t really sure what to expect. He was used to answering hotline calls on a moment’s notice, but this was different. Kara hadn’t used the hotline, she had sent him a text . Not that Jason blamed her, if you knew the Ulfric of a local werewolf clan and had their number why wouldn’t you text when you had an emergency? Especially when that emergency involved a new lycanthrope that had just been turned not to long ago. She had left out a great many details like who it was and what the actual emergency was. But the lack of information made him worry, so Jason made haste to get there. And there was a lot riding on Jason’s presence there. So many variables.
Young lycanthropes were dangerous, and unpredictable. Without the power or knowledge to control themselves and their emotions there was no telling when a shift could occur. Not to mention what the beast would do once it had taken shape. Depending on the emotional state of the person and the situation the wolf entered things could get messy and at the very worst deadly. Jason had never not been able to stop a crisis from happening when dealing with new wolves. But he knew very well what could happen and had no desire to see anyone, particularly his sister, get hurt. With any luck he would be able to talk with whoever it was that was in trouble and calm them down. This wasn’t his first rodeo though and he had ways to make sure at the very least that whoever It was wouldn’t be able to shift. That was supposing he got there before the shift happened .
Pulling into Kara’s Driveway Jason figured he would find out once he was inside. He didn’t waste time Trying to call her before he got to the door. It would be faster just to knock and once he was close enough if there was a serious emergency inside he would be able to hear it and act accordingly. As he reached the door however he couldn’t make out any sounds from within. The cooler outside of her home made it difficult to hear anything within. Knocking loudly, Jason sighed. Just what had his sister gotten into now.” Kara, Its Jason, Is Everything Ok” He called in through the door hoping that his sister was okay and that he wasn’t too late. He knew Kara could handle herself normally. But against an out of control Lycanthrope she didn’t stand a chance. Jason hoped that it wasn’t as bad as it could be and knocked once more. He would only give it so long before entering the house
