Posts: 883 Group: ORG Gamerr Member #10 Joined: May 31, 2007	So basically I'm taking a Feature Writing class and I'm in the process of writing an article on reality TV because it's the 10th anniversary of it being on network TV. In other words, I'm making reality TV sound newsworthy so it's acceptable to write about. I'm trying to get quotes (to no avail thus far) from contestants, hosts, viewers. I've had no problem getting quotes from haters (thank you, fellow students) but the only fan I've encountered gave me a really generic quote that I don't want to use but didn't have the heart to tell her it sucked. So if you want to help me out, I'd appreciate it. But there are some conditions: -I need a real name. It can be a pseudonym if you want, but I can't include something like, "'I love reality TV so much I want to take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant!' said island sun." It will not be published, but it needs to be professional. -No cursing. It's gotta be printable. -I can fix minor grammar mistakes, but if it's totally unintelligible, I will have the heart to tell you it sucks. You can post answers here or PM them to me if you're more comfortable. Here's the handy-dandy list of questions: Name: Age: Profession: 1. Which reality TV shows do you watch on a regular basis? 2. What is it that appeals to you about reality TV? 3. Have you ever applied or considered applying to a reality show? Which one(s)? And that's it. I just want to clarify--this is a short, 750-1000 word article. It's not going to be padded with a bunch of quotes from fans or haters; I can't imagine using more than two from each but it's helpful to have options at my fingertips. And as always, I reserve the right to not use any. But if I do use your quote, I'd be happy to send you a copy of the article.

They are amazing!! <3 Try getting into contact with them and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to help. that'd cover the contestants portion for ya.

If you still wanna answer, that's cool--just get them to me by Friday. Again, I can't promise to feature more than one or two people, but think of it as an ORG and you're all competing to give the best answer or something. I'll notify the lucky winners this weekend.
