Blondz, I love that idea and think it would be a lot of fun. Having vet TAR players with anonymous racers. (As for naming me as a vet CLD..I've only been in PinoTAR/Mooyou ASS, and stunk up the joint in MooyouASS, but thanks lol) Having to come up with dialogue for both characters is sometimes a chore when you're making dialogue to not be INV1  two people playing a team would probably be a lot more "fresh".

Except when I'm in the race with you. Then I make the F3 but you don't.  I like the partners idea. I don't really care either way if it's open ID or not, but some will argue it affects the use of Yields/U-Turns. Ask Will.

Okay guys, I've got it. It will be anon, I will let you all choose who you want to rep as, just as long as you don't pick anyone too obvious I guess. And we can work is so that I will pair up people who have raced before with partners who never have or something. That way everyone will have a solid partner who knows the deal somewhat. I will also advertise this at Sucks and try to get some of the other TARers playing so we can have enough match ups for partners. I'd like to do 10 teams. But we could do like 8ish and still make it work out. GP, you were awesome in both PinoTAR and Mooyou ASS. I think not giving anyone PMs and just allowing teams to talk to eachother in their cuntfeshes will work and be kinda hot to see their strategies and shit play out that way. And I am not sure about how much skits will play into things besides title quotes for the legs, not sure yet though.. I could give cash bonuses on placings? 1st 2nd and 3rd could get a bit more cash or maybe just 1st. I need to iron all that out. But yeah, I am totally into this now. So we're doing it.

In TAR games you can pretty much always pick any two characters that you want, so your idea would work madhackr, if people wanted to choose characters they've previously ORG'd as. Usually there's no restrictions at all. If the game is anon then the "newbies" wouldn't know who their vet counterparts were though, and vice-versa. I think that adds a bit of fun to it actually, not knowing who you're working as a team with. |
