They only pulled the top two (I guess for one) which are the easiest. I need all four out but only the top two were currently presenting major problems (they were broken) I only had two on one side of my mouth pulled. So I still have them on the left side of my mouth, and don't on the right. Its quite odd! They knocked me out for mine, but I sure felt it after I woke up and the painkiller wore off.
