I think that if Lane wins, he wouldn't pick Hayden to be with him in the finals even though they have a deal. He knows that Enzo is easier to beat.

 I don't see why Lane would lie to Hayden, whereas it makes sense for him to lie to Enzo. So my guess is he really did intend to take Hayden to the Final 2.

He just included in his confessional that he has a deal with Hayden but if he wins final HOH, he nows that Hayden is far more harder to beat so I think that if he won HOH, Hayden's safety is still 50-50.
