Unregistered	Much better episode tonight. It really pays off sending them to a city like Accra early on in the race instead of keeping them in Europe or, in other seasons, keeping them in South America for the first 3-4 legs. I also like more of the teams. I can actually see an all-female team winning this season, though something will happen to screw that up, most likely. Andie & Jenna: Thank god they're gone. They are possibly the most boring team in many many seasons. At least this season is making good eliminations so far. 2 for 2. Brook & Claire: Brook is definitely a character. I like her. They are a pretty good team, I can see them going far. And wait, Brooke is less than three years older than me? I have a new crush. Chad & Stephanie: Weren't shown too much this episode. I did get a laugh out of Steph's reaction from Chad "sex sells" bit in an interview. Connor & Jonathan: It's interesting to see two young guys as best friends who aren't alpha males in this race. Their reactions to their taxi ride to the pit stop were great. Gary & Mallory: Mallory is such a brilliant television character, I love her. She has such an expressive face. Watching her react to everything going on around her is a treat, and I'm happy they weren't eliminated at the end. I hope they last awhile longer. Jill & Thomas: If any team feels like a rehash from a past season, it's them. I don't dislike them, but they aren't providing laughs or drama yet. If you can't provide either of those, then I don't see your value as a TAR team. Katie & Rachel: I still have crushes on both of them. Weren't shown a whole lot this episode, unfortunately, but they are an all-female team I can see going far. Michael & Kevin: Michael is so hilarious. He is the star of the team, no doubt. I'm hoping/thinking the preview bit about him struggling is misleading and they'll be just fine. Nat & Kat: Boring. Nothing I remember about them. If they go next, I wouldn't mind. Nick & Vicki: Yeah, they didn't make a whole lot of dumb mistakes tonight as opposed to the premiere. Starting next week it looks like they might get the role of the bickering couple, or at least Nick will become the loudmouthed boyfriend. I remember season 13 had a slow start, especially since I liked that nerdy guy team that was eliminated third. Eventually I loved how that race played out, and since I did like this episode tonight more, I'm hoping this season can continue to turn things around too.

At first I thought the sunglasses roadblock might be horribly boring, but it ended up being pretty hilarious. The one lady essentially dancing off with and stealing sunglasses was a great moment.

We can have a double wedding of me/Jenna and Jeff/Brook.

All the other teams add something [and even Vollyball had the nicknames in episode one] I've never once in my life enjoyed TAR. I started watching really late into the series so I've only seen crap seasons and I usually didn't finish them but I'm LOVING this shit from top to bottom.

Not the brightest crayon in the box Posts: 6,302 Group: ORG Gamerr Member #12 Joined: May 31, 2007	Alol CLD Brook/Claire and Kevin/Michael finishing in the top 3 this week I loved this episode, my favorites did well. I didn't see the previews, but plz pull through Kevin/Michael The lady dancing to the music with her glasses and I thought it was hilarious how passive the other lady was when she ~casually~ danced away with the glasses.

I always feel bad when teams lose because of taxis but if it had been Gary/Mallory, I would have been FURIOUS. Katie/Rachel, Gary/Mallory, Kevin/Michael, Brook/Claire, Chad/Stephanie would be my ideal F5. I'm meh on Jill/Thomas & Nat/Kat at this point. I wouldn't miss either of them but I still like them better than the Priceton dudes & Nick/Vicki.

I was SO close to having 3 of my 4 least favorite teams eliminated in the first three episodes, which would have been beyond amazing. They suck though so I guess I can just pray they or the singing douches leave next week. This episode wasn't horrible. All the tasks were kinda lame and easy, but of course they all managed to fuck them up somehow. Sometimes I can't believe the stupidity of some people, circling kids...wtf? At least it was close and the simplicity of the tasks made it so they really could have finished in any order which was the only reason the epi was exciting imo. Next week at least looks better.

I don't mind them as a team but I really felt like it was their time, their story is really starting to bore me. So glad that Gary/Mallory caught up like crazy. One of Kev/Michael, Conor/Jonathan, Nat/Kat, Nick/Vicki needs to go next.

The first place team checked into the Pit Stop 20 minutes into the show. The only saving grace of the episode was that they didn't use such a shitty leg to eliminate someone. That's right, the NEL was the only good thing about this ep.
