I was so neutral on Chad/Steph before this week, they have me ~SOLD~ on the lovetrain  Chad proposing <3Jill/Thomas can go, I like the other 4 teams. Losing Mallory =  Brooke/Claire, Nat/Kat, Chad/Steph for F3 please.

Great episode, sad ending. Although they usually put red herrings into their episode previews, they decided to go ahead and set up the Gary/Mallory elimination a week early this time. I sort of wish they hadn't done that, but oh well. Not that I exactly hate the doctors, but I would have much rather seen them eliminated instead. If I were to ever make a top ten list of funniest TAR moments, I think the goat eating the clue at the Roadblock would probably make the list. Maybe others didn't find it as hilarious, but man, I lost it. That's great. And the fact that the goat took not one, but two bites as the team let it get away with it.....great stuff. I love animals on TAR, they never fail to disappoint, even the ones who aren't apart of any tasks. How ironic was it that Jill and Thomas ran into the cousin of the guy they were supposed to deliver the water to? How crazy was that? I thought CBS totally spoiled the ending of this episode in their commercials. I saw one where Chad proposed to Stephanie. I also remembered him saying in the season premiere that he would propose to her after the race, so I thought the commercial was basically saying they would be eliminated, but that he would still propose right after. Luckily, to my surprise, not only were they not eliminated, they came in first. Pretty great leg for them if you ask me. |

I thought that was shocking too, then I remembered that polygamy is legal in Oman, and it's possible that there are MANY cousins of the man they are supposed to deliver water to. THEORY FOR PROPOSAL: We were told at the beginning of the season by Nick/Vicki that "other teams may not like us because we like to party." My theory is that they did too much ecstasy prior to coming on the show and the first few episodes were their detox period. Thoughts? |

I thought they were outside the house they needed to be at and the cousin confirmed that they were at the right place. I don't remember but I didn't think anything of it when it happened.

I'm so upset I'm going to cry. My two favorite teams leaving back to back. I'd normally be fine with any F/F team winning but after tonight my hatred for Nat/Kat is SO HIGH even though it made 100% sense for them to uturn Chad/Steph. I'll still never forgive them for it. Go Brooke/Claire I guess. And Vicki for refusing to uturn Chad/Steph Oh and the episode totally sucked and not just because my favorite team left. Watching only Jill/Thomas for the first 15 minutes because everyone else was so far behind was so boring. The tasks sucked too. |

Nat & Kat might be the most pleasant team in TAR history. I mean that both positively and negatively. Pleasant is fine, but pleasant is also boring television. They give me nothing, so I can't root for or against them. They are a good team, but not outstanding. And it's the only reason why I definitely don't want them to make the final three. I'm pretty sure I'm rooting for Brooke and Claire the most right now. They would be a great pair to be the first FF winning team ever. I'm hoping for it. Nick and Vicki are fine, and frankly I'm amazed they are in the final four. They had a rough first leg if I remember correctly, so to see them make it this far is pretty cool. I won't mind if they make the final three, and hell, if they win, I'll probably applaud it. Jill and Thomas....I'm sure Sucks hates them for being the most mactor-ish couple in the race. I don't mind them. They aren't riveting television, but I don't dislike them either. If they are eliminated next, fine. If they make the final three, that's fine too. If they win, Sucks might explode. I didn't want to see Chad and Steph eliminated. I liked them. I probably would have wanted them in the final three out of the five teams in tonight's episode. No matter which way you slice it, U-Turns suck. |

Was I the only one that was glad to see Chad/Stephanie go? I felt like the show had really gotten everything they could out of those two by this episode. We'd seen Chad be an ass, we'd seen him propose, we'd seen them win their honeymoon trip, it was great. Now get them off my screen because it would be so fucking stereotypical of them to go and win. It's not like they were some ~amazing~ couple, unlike any we'd seen before, they weren't a Mika/Canaan, they weren't a Colin/Christie, they were just like, IDK, Lance/Keri but without the accent. I saw before I watched online an image of Nat/Kat in my news feed, and that made me sure I was going to see Chad/Stephanie Uturn them especially after all of the Chadfessionals saying they needed them GONE. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually love Nat/Kat. I find it hard not to root for two people who seem confident and are playing the game hard. They don't really have meltdowns, but they are delightful positive characters, and I appreciate that. Not every person who races needs to be Charla/Mirna. But isn't it great that we have a racer in our F4 who is channeling her inner-Mirna? I would LOVE to see Brooke/Claire be the first female winners. Jesus they are amazing for overcoming their U-turn and still being entertaining while doing it. I just love how hyped up Brooke is all the time and the way she just bullies Claire through all the tasks. Such a famewhore <3. Casting them was genius, we need more people who can talk endlessly on the amazing race so that the editors have more to work with and we end up with great television like these two are providing. Jill and Thomas are so gonna win though. They have the TAR winners edit. The audience is entirely ambivalent to them and they are strong competitors. If they don't win that final leg, they will have fucked something up BADLY. I wish they'd just get off my screen because watching 15 minutes of them at the beginning of this episode was some of the most boring shit I've watched in a while on TAR. And Nick and Vicki? They are epic shit, Vicki is so positive while Nick is so negative. Very dynamic for the team that said almost no coherent words in the first episode. If they win, I know EXACTLY where all the winnings are going....."Babe, down it like a beer." <3333333333333333333333333333333333 My ideal F3 is Nick/Vicki, Brooke/Claire, Nat/Kat, but that will almost certainly not happen as nothing could possibly stop Jill and Thomas. |

Brook and Claire, my favourite female team in AR ever besides Ida and Tania "Im gonna charge through this like a spider-monkey!" Chad and Steph going out like that though Ugh, my least favourite team have the huge advantage |

Kris & Jon disagree. Difference is, Kris and Jon were charismatic and likable.  Brooke is amazing. Her winning would offer a little salvation for this otherwise relatively dull season. We've had a fantastic elimination order thus far, so I'd love to see it wrap up that way. But it'll probably be Jill & Thomas taking home the prize. I'm resigned to that inevitable fate. Fortunately, their relationship is kinda amusing sometimes, and Jill's pretty hot. I find pluses where I can find them. Nat & Kat winning would make me very sad. |

When I wrote that statement, the only other team I thought that could compare as "pleasant" was Kris and Jon. But the difference is, I did like them and was rooting for them. Plus Kris is one of the hottest girls they've ever had on the show. |

Brooke/Claire > Nat/Kat = Nick/Vicki > Jill/Thomas. There have already been a number of winners like Jill/Thomas and even if Nat/Kat aren't the most exciting team, the novelty of an F/F team winning is enough for me to root for them. Brooke/Claire would be AMAZING winners and they have a great shot, they've been consistent the entire race. I didn't get to watch the full episode yesterday, but Chad/Steph

Seriously, people bitch about horrible, fighting couples dominating, and when we have two pleasant, strong females leading the pack the season is boring? Really? This season has been really good, and its been awesome ever since Jumbatard has been eliminated. |

It's probably not the same people complaining. I think it's ridiculous to determine whether a season is good or not based on how the F/F teams are doing.  Pleasant = boring; Fighting = annoying... so yes, people will bitch about both |
