Oh lordy.  I had to watch LITW in my AP English class a few years back and I fell asleep it was so awful. I'm one of the people that can't take The Village seriously and laugh the whole way through it, but I'd watch that over LITW any day.

Oh shit, your honorable mentions are fucking awesome. I'm surprised so many of them missed the list. Seriously though, No Country for Old Men would be in my top 10 for sure. So would O Brother Where Art Thou. Both movies are amazing. Also, City of God, Slumdog, Pan's, and Training Day are really really good. I am so impressed by the honorable mentions, I can't wait to see the list. I will be reading  And the Village is my second favorite M. Night movie behind the sixth sense. It is really good imo and some of you should watch it again maybe? I know people hate it but it's truly not bad and actually very well done. I mean, M. Night does do some shitty shitty movies (Lady in the Water and The Happening were trash), but the Village I loved  I can't wait to see the list!There Will Be Blood must make it. |

OMG Thaisu, a lot of the movies you listed are ones that I love  Shrek, Avatar, Dodgeball, TDK, Slumdog, LMS, School of Rock <3 Thaisu has wonderful taste in movies. Um, my top 5 would probably be something like 1. Bruce Almighty 2. Dreamgirls 3. Diary of a Mad Black Woman 4. Not Another Teen Movie 5. Josie and the Pussycats SHUT UP

Because I'm a massive tease, I'm going to list another 10 movies that are Honorable Mentions. And after every actual entry on the list, I'll post more Honorable Mentions. Because for me there are literally that many (and more) that I considered. Narrowing this down has been fucking hard. I'm going to enjoy some of the reactions that are bound to come from at least one of these not making the final cut.
