Yeah, Bealtrix's death was perfect, too. There were way too many good things happening in the 7th book, and there's no way I could even mention them all off the top of my head. |

(Did they really reference that in the Simpsons? If so, give me the episode title now.) |

That's what she was referencing, not Cedric's death. Cedric was more traumatic for me because it was the first. Oh and he was hawt. That must be why. |

Did you not read the description of him? He was the best looking guy at school. Kinda like how Edward Cullen from Twilight is supposed to be so beautiful your eyes would hurt. I just find it ironic that they're played by the same actor.

Cedric is in Twilight? Another reason the GoF movie sucked.

Thankfully I know spn is shallow enough to like Twilight solely because he wants to fuck Cedric. He hasn't read the books. |

Oh, hey, that's promising. I'll read it before I see the movie, for sure. |

Au contraire my friend. I've read every Twilight book in the series. Even the spin-off with that random inconsequential vampire girl. Twice.Which is more than I can say about HP6-7.

Okay this list officially stopped sucking  7th is the best. By miles. And that's saying something when all the other books are so good. I love the 7th one. I need to reread again. |

Wow why do so many people here rank The Prisoner or Azkaban number one. My best friend in RL and I did not like it. I think the Chamber of Secrets has some of the best characters like Moaning Murtle and the whole Tom Riddle in the diary plot I just loved. Goblet of Fire with the Amazing Triwizard Tournament is my favourite. Dolorus Umbridge is an amazing character but I found reading the first quarter of that book to my son (I read them all to my oldest son who is now 11) painfully slow going. For some reason The Half Blood Prince is but a vague memory. Chamber of Secrets and The Goblet of Fire are the books that really stand out in my memory and The Order of the Phoenix is the best movie. |

Twilight Seething Hatred! I normally make myself finish any book I start and I keep them and don't give them away. Twilight I could not tolerate another minute of and gave it to an 11 year old student of mine. (I tutor people of all ages in English one on one outside work and school.) I read the whole Harry Potter series to my 11 year old and he, I and my husband all love it, and think it's brilliant.
