ROUND FOUR In the fourth round, the players headed to the Living Forest arena to do battle. They competed in a challenge involving several demonic trees, and Goro claimed victory for the new Neoteric tribe. The new Vintage tribe headed to their first Execution as a new tribe, and decided to send Kitana to Fatality Island. ![]() Kitana faced off against Reptile in a duel all about famous trees. In the end, Reptile again came out on top, and Kitana became the 4th Fatality. ![]() ROUND FIVE In the next round, the players headed to the Desert to compete to uncover the opposing tribe's artefacts the quickest. Goro again claimed victory for Neoteric, and send Vintage to their second Execution in a row as a new tribe. This time, Vintage chose to send Baraka to Fatality Island. ![]() On Fatality Island, Reptile and Baraka faced off in a desert search, where Reptile handily claimed victory, making Baraka the next Fatality.

ROUND SIX The next round, the players went head to head in a free for all challenge in Shang Tsung's Gardens. They competed to collect flowers from the garden, and in the end, Goro, Raiden, and Cyrax won the challenge for Neoteric. For the third time in a row, Vintage was sent to an Execution. The slaughter of the 4 original Neoteric members continued on Vintage, as they chose to send Peach to Fatality Island. ![]() On Fatality Island, Peach faced off against the undeafeated Reptile in the same challenge that she defeated Lucario in the arena in Super Smash Bros. Unfortunately, she was not so lucky this time, as Reptile got the best of her and she became she next Fatality of the game. ![]() Following the events, the players were asked the privately name their 3 most valuable members. Once the task was completed, the 3 most valuable members of Vintage were swapped with the 3 most valuable members of Neoteric. This left the tribes looking like this: Vintage: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Neoteric: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ROUND SEVEN In the next round, the players faced off the the Armory. They had to choose which weapon would not kill them, and Liu Kang picked the correct weapon for Vintage, sending Neoteric to their first Execution as a new tribe. This Execution was a bit different. In the Mortal Kombat game, there is something called the Krypt that allows you to purchase things to better your gameplay. This is replicated in this game, and players can purchase many items, including this one: ![]() At this Execution, every single person on Neoteric purchased this item, except for one person. That person was Goro and he was the only person left that anyone could vote for. As a result, he was sent to Fatality Island. ![]() On Fatality Island, arguably the two biggest challenge competitors in the game, Goro and Reptile went head to head to see which one would cause the downfall of the other. After a tense duel, Reptile continued his undefeated streak on Fatality Island, and Goro was surprisingly dethroned. He became the first original member of Vintage to leave the game.

ROUND EIGHT In the next round, the competitors went to battle in Hell. The round was revealed to be a double elimination, with both tribes sending someone to Fatality Island. In Hell, the players had to search through the depths of Hell for individual immunity. Raiden claimed victory for Vintage, while Sonya won the challenge for Neoteric 32 minutes later. At the Vintage Execution, Scorpion received a bad case of deja vu, as it was revealed that all of his tribe mates except for him purchased this item from the Krypt: ![]() As the players put it, Scorpion got "Goro'd" and was sent to Fatality Island. ![]() At the Neoteric Execution, Sub-Zero bit the dust in a more traditional fashion, since nobody on this tribe could afford anything due to them all buying immunity at the previous Execution. He was sent to Fatality Island. ![]() On Fatality Island, Scorpion and Sub-Zero went head to head with the undefeated Reptile. The three ninjas had to spot the devil they knew. In the end, Reptile claimed victory yet again, sending Scorpion and Sub-Zero to the Graveyard. ![]() ![]() Following the Fatality Island duel, Reptile returned to the game, and the players merged into the tribe which they later named "Subbie's Angels" in honour of the dearly departed Sub-Zero. ~ Subbie's Angels ~ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ROUND NINE In the first round as a merged tribe, the players competed in The Pit. All of the players ended up being thrown into the pit by their fellow competitors. Except for one. As the remaining survivor, Cyrax claimed the first individual immunity after the merge. At their first Execution as a merged tribe, a split vote saw Kano sent to Fatality Island to await his competition. ![]() ROUND TEN In the tenth round of battle, the players competed in the Subway. They battled to see which player could analyze a Mortal Kombat advertisement the fastest. Johnny Cage came out on top, winning immunity for the night. At the next Execution, a star fell, as Liu Kang became the next player to be sent to Fatality Island. ![]() There he joined Kano and the two of them did battle to find their way through the confusing maze of the subway system. In the end, Kano was only 45 seconds faster than Liu Kang in a challenge that took almost an hour. Sadly, Liu Kang became the next Fatality.

ROUND ELEVEN In the next round, players competed in the Graveyard. They were given 500 black roses to lay on the graves of their fallen comrades. Instead, they used them to bid on items that would advance their gameplay. Johnny Cage, Mileena, Jade, and Raiden all walked away with prizes. But it was Cyrax that walked away with immunity. At the Execution, Sonya met her end in a blindside, and was sent to Fatality Island. ![]() There, she faced off against Kano in a duel to see who could locate the tombstones of the 10 players eliminated from the game so far. Sonya handily defeated Kano, making him the next Fatality. ![]() ~ The Final Nine ~ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ROUND TWELVE In the next round, players competed in the Dead Pool to see who would come out on top as the Pool Partisan. His fellow players awarded Lucario the win, and he gained immunity for the Execution. At the Execution, Johnny Cage was sent to Fatality Island in a unanimous vote. ![]() At Fatality Island, he faced off against Sonya where they had to compete to pool together the answers to a complicated quiz. Sonya claimed victory over Johnny Cage, beating him in the quiz by a mere 2 seconds. As a result, Johnny Cage became the first member of the jury. ![]() In a surprise double boot round, the players competed in their next challenge immediately. It took place in Shang Tsung's Throne Room, and the players competed to bring Shang Tsung whatever he requested of them. Raiden was the quickest to fulfill Shang Tsung's requests, and won himself immunity. At the Execution, everyone except for Raiden purchased immunity from the Krypt, leaving a tribe full of 7 people ineligible to be voted for. As a result, Koins were refunded and Raiden was the only immune person at the Execution. When the votes came in, both Jade and Reptile played Hidden Immunity Idols. Which proved quite useful, as Reptile received the first 4 votes, Jade received one vote, and with only 2 votes cast against her, Sindel was sent to Fatality Island. ![]() Ob Fatality Island, Sonya and Sindel faced off in the first female/female battle on Fatality Island. They did battle to see which of them could correctly answer trivia questions about the eliminated players. Sonya was again victorious, sending Sindel shrieking to the jury. ![]() Following the duel, Sonya returned to the game, as Fatality Island came to a close. |

ROUND THIRTEEN In the next round, the players were shocked to learn that they would be battling in yet another double elimination round. The first challenge of the night took place in The Cathedral, where players had to see which of them could replicate stained glass patterns the quickest. Raiden reigned victorious once again, earning himself immunity. At the Execution, everyone once again attempted to buy immunity, but were thwarted and had their Koins refunded. Raiden remained the only immune player. When the votes came in, Reptile received 3, but ultimately with 4 votes, it was Mileena that was sent to the jury. ![]() In the next challenge, the players did battle in The Clock Tower, where they fought to be the last one standing in a battle to reach the top of the tower. In the end, Sonya successfully reached the top and won herself immunity. At the Execution, everyone purchased immunity with the exception of Cyrax. However, when all of the votes came in, Cyrax played a Hidden Immunity Idol, meaning that nobody was eligible to receive votes. Like a bad case of deja vu, Koins were again refunded and Sonya was the only one to remain immune. When the votes came in for a second time, Cyrax again played an immunity idol. And good thing he did, as he received 3 votes. However, receiving the rest of the votes was Reptile, and he was sent to the jury. ![]() ~ The Final Five ~ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ROUND FOURTEEN Continuing the hellish tradition of double boots this week, the players faced their final double elimination round of the game. It's almost as if the host is determined to finish the game before he heads off on vacation or something. So lame. In the first challenge of the night, the players competed in Shang Tsung's Flesh Pits, to determine which of them is best able to interpret particular creatures. After a hilarious battle, Jade came out on top with immunity. At the Execution, everyone once again purchased immunity, with the exception of Cyrax. With no immunity idol to save him this time, Cyrax was sent to the jury. ![]() In the second challenge, the players did battle in The Wastelands of the Outworld, where the competed to see who could identify the most quotes from the executed players. Jade swept the competition and handily took home immunity once again. At the Execution, Raiden bought himself immunity, as it was his last chance to do so. This left only Sonya and Lucario eligible to be voted for. Vote doublers and nullifiers came into play in this vote, as players scrambled to purchase them to influence the vote. In the end, by a vote of 3-2, Lucario was sent out the door. ![]() ~ The Final Three ~ ![]() ![]()
