So I was doing my Spanish project on a Powerpoint, I go to save it, my computer tells me that my hard drive has failed and boom! all my pictures, documents, powerpoints, Excel sheets (Edgic charts RIP :( ), and all my programs are gone!!!

Like, WTF happened and how can I fix it? This is really, really, really important :( :( :( :( :( :(

Help me please :( :( :(

Um, you could try a system restore. Are you on a windows or a mac? Regardless, try figuring out how to do a system restore on your computer and restoring your computer to yesterday's configuration.

Although if it told you your harddrive has failed, you may have more serious issues and you should probs go see a specialist.

My computer has been having issues for months, I've been able to handle most of the viruses myself, but it broke last weekend and we had to take it to the shop. Now a week later everything is gone? OMW :( :( :(

Try the system restore first and if that doesn't work, try to give me some error messages.

Something called a MAXBLAST disk should have come with your harddrive to test if the harddrive is corrupted. If you have that, you should try to use it. If it says that it has failed, you may be up a creek.

Oh and if this works, look into backing up all your files that you care about and getting a new hard drive, it sounds like your shit is outdated.
