So if there is an Emcee-Pudding like thread that isn't in spam then whoever made it should be punished or warned in some way. I don't think we can just go in and say "xyz is annoying, ban" because we are all going to disagree on who exactly is annoying, but if there are specific instances that happen, lock the thread and punish the culprits.
