The chances are even lower if you're in a primary college town attending college. Almost everyone that goes to jail for marijuana use/possession comes from lower income economic backgrounds.

If they can prove that you've established enterprise you will. I'm not expert on drug laws but there are plenty of marijuana-related charged that will send you to jail. I can't believe I'm arguing with you of all people but I am not ignorant. Plenty of people go to jail for use. Read a paper. It depends on where you live but in most places the overwhelming majority of people who get caught smoking marijuana will not go to jail. But like I said, if you aren't careless you won't get caught in the first place. Smoke in the privacy of your own home and you will not get arrested.

At least in my dorm we weren't allowed to have candles, incense or even like tapestries cause they were flammable :/ so someone using a lighter inside probably would've made them have a seizure.

I love how this thread has derailed but again from personal experience from overdoing it on alcohol and weed I can say that alcohol the legal drug (not for me but ignore that ;)) is much more dangerous.

I grew up in the same suburb as Xena (Lucy Lawless when she was Lucy Ryan) and played with her little sister occasionally.
