Scrambled eggs, bacon (And not that turkey shit. It's not bacon if it didn't oink.) and hash brown potatoes.

Good stuff.

This is actually a wonderful intro into an in depth conversation regarding the history of sapien eating habits predicated on food availability, cravings, caloric intake and culinary culture.

Eggs for Breakfast is a given as it was rather easy in the morning to walk out and see if any of the birds had laid eggs. Eggs were cheap as well and high in nutrients and calories.

But "breakfast" as we know it seems to be a primarilly American tradition. All I know is the continental people seem to eat a lot of bagels, muffins and cheap coffee.

Not a fan of Breakfast food. For the longest time, I'd usually just have a red bull in the morning.

I love breakfast food. In fact I rarely actually eat it for breakfast. I have it for dinner every few months or so.

I can see this. Who wants to hunt for game upon rising? It makes since to gather eggs to eat and save the hunting for later.

Yes and the pig would have been butchered weeks ago, it's meat being slow smoke cured not because it tastes good but because it preserves the meat.

Breakfast is one of my favourite kind of foods. I grew up eating it for dinner quite frequently. Or brunch.

Breakfast is a great meal for any time in the day, honestly. It just makes me feel happy after eating it. Especially pancakes.

Yep, and the toast would have been slightly stale bread left over from the day before.

Smoked bacon is delicious even if it is carcinogenic. :D

I like pancakes occasionally, but I don't usually do those for dinner.

Ranchos Huevos sounds good right now.

Pancakes are food's greatest invention  gawd they smell so good when cooked fresh.

Lunch & dinner just feel like mandatory meals since I'd starve otherwise..but breakfast food is like soul food
