Is it better to be feared? Or respected?

Mark Millar is an artist in San Diego who can paint the future. Although what he paints, he thinks is pure fictional, when in fact they are very real.
The paintings that have appeared so far in GENERATION OF HEROES are:

Mitsu Sanada stabbing Omega

Rainbow Dragon in all its glory with a Roman Colosseum background along with a rainbow above it

Demise King of Armageddon along with small figures of the heroes

Sartorius and a brain-washed Ruke in a labcoat

A taxi driving away

Mitsu visiting the Ancient One

Dormmamu getting blasted by a beam of light

Sean surrounded in fire, with glowing red eyes and a fire-like form of a phoenix, and in the background were the familiar eyes of Nightmare

A living room with a dead woman sitting on the couch with her head shaved and the symbol of "Alpha Omega" carved onto her scalp. There is also a TV sliced in half and behind it was an open and empty vault. Plus, there was a window open and the wind blowing the curtains from outside.

A Recruitment of hooded Villains with Sean sitting in front of them located inside some sort of a castle.

There has also been hints of a new "series of paintings" that Millar has completed, but has sold to people. This is a series of 8 paintings which tell what the future has in store.

1. A whole bunch of heroes on one side and a whole bunch of heroes on the other side raging forward towards each other ready for battle.

2. A picture of a crumbling Stone Corp. building.

3. Shows dead superheroes in a dungeon cell.

4. A painting of Hao laughing as he holds the 8th painting in his hands. However, it does not show what is on the 8th painting.

5. A painting of a big battle, with all of the heroes on one side, and on the other side, was Holocaust brandishing his sword. At the bottom right hand corner there is a 5/8 sign

6. Shows Maxilos dead in the same way Woshi is in the other painting, only there is no one else in the picture.

7. Woshi dead on the ground with Angel's Blade hovering above him

8. Dead skeletons and wasteland in Asia, Europe, America, Africa, Australia, and a dozen more countries. It's Armageddon. When splashed with water, a picture of Holocaust is revealed in the background of all the destruction.

Currently, Holocaust, otherwise known as "Dark" Hao, is trying to find the remaining pieces of art so that he can completely know what the future has in store. Why he needs these paintings whether out of curiosity or some more sinister purpose, we may never know.
