Startng tomorrow (11-30), $44 will get you a T-Mobile Samsung T-109 flip phone (basic flip) and a $25 refill card at Target. Meaning you're basically paying $19 for the phone.

Looks like I'm going to Target.....Again...

Just exchanged a few e-mails with the owner of a site that's rather interesting and right up everyone here's alley:

http://bargains.best-prepaid-cell-phone-plans.com/

Basically Digg for prepaid cell phone deals. Check it out...if everyone likes it I may work on getting it under the Go4Prepaid umbrella. Seems to be a nice complement to what we have now. Wat do y'all think?

* Ian .... sounds good to me I guess.

* If you think you like the Idea, then I have no problem with it.

* I cant speak for anyone else, but if no one else comments on this, then you got to do what you think is best?

* Good Luck on your decision.. ;)

While T-Mobile's $30 activation credit offer expired on January 15th, they have brought back (again) the free $25 refill card when a phone is purchased. This make the Nokia 1208 better than free (phone retails for $20, but has no GPRS), and the Moto 195 and Samsung T329 $5 (retail $30-$25 refill card). The newest phone on their website is the Motorola w490, and it would be $35 ($60 retail-$25 refill card).

Quick question for everyone: I have a friend who just got FlexPay with a Nokia 1208. Does anyone know whether TMoToGo refills can be applied to pay the monthly charge for a FlexPay account? I should know this but don't...

Yes, they can. Make sure they log in and then they can "pay bill with Flex account", which is where the refill card goes.

Got it. i'll pass the info on...nobody deserves to use a Nokia 1208 when a W490 is so inexpensive.

For those think about trying Boost's IDEN Unlimited plan, this week (4-26 to 5-2) Target is running a sale where, if you purchase the Motorola i776 for $100, they will give you a $30 Re-Boost card. Add that to the $5 they give new accounts, and you'd only be paying $15 for your first month of service.
