A new MVNO on the block... Zebragsm (which says it's CS number will be active 12-1) is apparently going to offer several different plans ranging from $40 (U/L voice minutes) to $70 (unlimited everything-voice, text, pix and web surfing). They appear to be only servicing the eastern part of the US and California.  www.zebragsm.com They have a listing of phones they plan to offer (I guess). Although there are no prices attached to the phones. They apparently will also offer the SIM only (again, no price). All Motorolas (C168, W215, V220, L6i, Rokr E1, Razr V3 and Rizr) They also have family plans with up to 4 lines for $130 (that includeds unlimited everything).
