I'm always curious, but afraid to ask the virgin customer service for fear it's a mistake... I'm still enjoying their old 18c per minute and 5c per message rates, even after the rates were increased to 20c / 10c respectively. Is it a mistake on their part, or does Virgin actually guarrantee the rates to old customers? |

Most people who had the 'old' 5 cent texting still have it. I am pretty sure that you will be granfathered and you'll be allowed to keep the 5 cent text rate. Hell, I am on the old 25/10 voice plan still (25 cents for the first 10 minutes, 10 cents a minute for the rest of the day). Being deaf, I've never had a reason to change the voice plan. |
