Uh Oh is right.... Yet again my computer has died. This is a new one too, only a few months old, I don't know what happened. It literally died overnight.. It was fine before I went to bed.. did disk clean up, virus check, etc. When I went to turn it on earlier, it wouldn't load, not even in Safe mode. My dad is going to have a look at it tonight when he gets home from work. I am hoping he can fix it without loosing anything.. if he cannot, I may loose all of my stuff. All my H!L Records, everything. Oh wait, No I saved them on my old computer.. I would lose this months records for financing but I should have every other month.. so that's not too bad..

Anyways,
I am using my parents computer for now. I cannot access anything... -sigh-

Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Can I make a suggestion to you -- don't want to seem like I'm trying to boss you around or anything, but maybe you have paper backups of everything! That's what I do- I came up with a log for financials, records for each and every one of the horses, show records and business stuff. Don't sweat it about the HWA web site and stuff- It's not a big deal.

Hope to see you back real soon.

That's a good idea actually. I should do that. My dad & I are just going to transfer my hard drive to a fresh cpu tower and start from there, so if nothing is wrong with the hard drive, I'll be back up by the end of the weekend.

I should definately get going on the paper back ups though... Thanks :)

My dad set me back up. It turns out my power supply died and fried my hard drive at the same time but I was able to read off of it and transfer everything over to the new hard drive. I couldn't boot it up, just read, copy and paste.

Weeewww.. So glad I didn't lose everything :)
