BiltEquine's New Halter Line Up Let's face it, competition is tough... and we all have a variety of breeds to compete in different events. Despite my path with Sport Horse types, I still find myself reverting back to Stock breeds and Western events! I find that for the most part My horses do well in a variety of shows held, and I pretty much have a horse for each desired discipline.. except one... HALTER. SO... BiltEquine has decided to take a few select stock to start my Halter Program and eventually add more. All of our Halter prospects will still remain HYPP N/N, OLWS N/N, HERDA N/N. Most of the horses I have choosen from my own stock are older, more desirable as a Halter type rather than a under saddle type. These horses are getting close to retirement and deserve it. They will still be ridden in house but as for competition, It is time to wind down some of my older stock and why not leave the show scene on a more relaxed scale? I have a feeling our Halter Program will eventually be HUGE but let's start off small and see where it goes. I will be in the market for purchasing Halter bred Horses... Feel free to send me a PM if you are looking to sell. Don't forget to check my Horses pages, although they may not be listed for sale on the forum, I am open to offers. Have a great day! |

Facility News We are so thankful for all the horses we have acquired over the years from different players, the outside SIM world. Some of them are still with us, some have been sold back to their original owners and some have been sold to new homes. Recently we watched one of our favorites go back to his original home in Colorado. We had the lifetime opportunity to own, breed and show, Osian. He is such a desirable stallion with impeccable breeding, disposition, conformation and everything in between. We bred him to one of our best Warmblood mares on the farm and produced an outstanding mare who competes in Dressage. It was sad to see him leave but since we have changed direction on our farm, it would have been a waste to have him stay since we are so caught up with our changes, he wouldn't get shown as much as he could, and he would no longer be bred on our farm. As we are selling our select stock of warmblood mares to warmblood breeders, it would literally just not make sense to keep him in Canada. Thank you so much Lija for that opportunity to own such a remarkable stallion. We hope he had a successful trip and I am sure he will be happy to be back on home territory back with his old friends and "girlfriends". LOL. |

BiltEquine Stables will not be entering many shows in January if any at all since we had a late start due to RL things that have gone on... It has been a very busy beginning of 2015. We will be taking the month of January to be re-organizing ourselves and getting set up for the remainder of the year, inspections are due soon and we are still working on getting that in order. So please be patient with us but we will be full swing in February. See you then. |

[align=center] Introducing into our show program for 2015 .. Myster's Boon Squad - 2011 APHA Red Roan Tobiano Stallion - Halter Program Sire: Myster Cool Tradition [APHA] Dam: Boons Haida [AQHA] He will be getting tested for HYPP & OLWS in the near future. He is a future breeding prospect for us and outside farms in the future. We will start him under saddle when he is four years old as he could really do well in Cutting and Reining. -- FM's Salute To Hope - 2011 American Spotted Draft Stallion - Halter Program Sire: SCp. Majestic Avenger [BeQ] Dam: SEq. Fancy's Early Design [BeQ] This young colt is extremely flashy with a beautiful cross between two of our own. Majestic Avenger is a 7x Grand Champion, 4x Reserve Grand Champion, 1x Overall Grand Champion with $22k LTE. He competed successfully in Halter, Dressage and Driving. He is also HYPP & OLWS N/N. Fancy has 32 HLPHA Halter Points, 20 HLPHA Performance Points, 29 HWA Performance Points, 10 HLHA Halter Points, 60 Non-Association Halter Points, 157 Non-Association Performance Points, 5 Gaming/Gymkhana Points, 1x Honorable Mention, 4x Grand Championship Wins, $69k LTE and is HYPP & OLWS N/N. We will be showing this young colt in Halter events and then we will be training him under saddle but at this point we are unsure of which direction he will go. He is pretty muscular but will mature to 16.2HH. Suggestions are welcome! Western prospect? Eventing Prospect? Dressage? -- EB Blame The Tea - 2013 Thoroughbred Colt - Racing Program Sire: DEq. Take The Blame [Savllen] Dam: Teatime Alla Marget IT [Savllen] Do I really need to explain this one? A special breeding for a special foal to become apart of BeQ's growing Racing program. He will begin his racing career in February of this year and we cannot wait to see how this boy performs. -- Synchroncity - 2012 Red Roan AQHA Mare - Western Program Sire: Syndacat [AQHA] Dam: Even In Heaven [AQHA] This young mare came to us from the Hayland Holiday Auction House and we couldn't be more pleased to add her to our life. She is just as beautiful to look at as she is to be around. This mare is such an easy keeper, easy to ride and just easy to have. She is SUPER friendly. Probably one of our most friendly horses on the farm. She will be shown in Halter, Calf Roping and Team Penning. -- Front Page Scandal - 2010 Buckskin Overo APHA Mare - Halter Program Sire: Securely A Mister [APHA] Dam: SBR Scandalous [APHA] This mare is also from the Hayland Holiday Auction. She has very nice bloodlines despite both her sire and dam being N/H for HYPP. We will be getting her tested soon. If she comes back N/H she will permanently be in our Halter program but if she comes back N/N then we will introduce her to our under saddle program and show her in Cutting and Reining. -- Kiss Me Deadly - 2011 Palomino Blanket Appaloosa Mare - Halter Program Sire: Skip Premiere [AQHA] N/N Dam: Kissed In The Dark [ApHA] N/N Very well built and put together young mare who also has incredible coloring. She will be in our Halter program and we may bring her into our Western program in the future. -- Honor This Day - 2013 Palomino Thoroughbred Filly - Racing Program Sire: Pure White Gold [TB] Dam: Time Honored [TB] Here comes another fast out of the gate filly. This young filly shoots out of the gate like a rocket and she maintains her momentum very well throughout the field. She may be a long distance runner or she may be a short burst type of racer but so far it seems she can do well in both. What will she excel in? I guess only time will tell. She is very sweet, a little high strung and full of herself but she is pleasant. Her favorite snack is eating snow. Even the yellow snow.. I wonder if that is how she got her beautiful coat color? HAHAHA. That's too funny (I couldn't help myself..). -- Runaway Ivory - 2013 Buckskin Thoroughbred Filly - Racing Program Sire: Ivory Coast [TB] Dam: Runaway Ruler [TB] You may have seen this young filly being shown in-hand in 2014 as we had her in a few shows to get some exposure and experience under her belt with crowds and other horses. She is a little jumpy still and skittish but 100% better than she was. We have been training her over the winter for her start in racing this year. We feel she is ready. This filly is also a power house out of the gate but she certainly cannot do the distances like Honor The Day. Regardless we feel she will be an excellent racer and if not, we will retire her and retrain her for another discipline. We find most of our ex racers do well in Hunters or Eventing. ----- OPEN BROODMARES FOR LEASE FOR 2015 Please PM me for more information. Misty's Dream - 2002 Dark Bay Hanoverian Mare - 15.2HH - Ex. Show Jumper & Halter Sire: Dusty's Hallow Heart [HANO] Dam: Jangle Snow Star [HANO] She is currently UTD on Vet & Farrier. 1x Top Ten Finish, 1x Honorable Mention, 3x Grand Champion, 2x Reserve Grand Champion. $10k+ Earnings, 316 Lifetime Points. She was competing in 1.10M, 1.15M and 1.20M. She has never had a foal but she should produce a foal competitive in Jumpers, Hunters, Eventing or Dressage. She has a very calm personality and she is extremely willing, easy to train. We hope she passes the same qualities onto her foals. Breeding Lease: $2,000 - 2 Breedings Available - She will be shipped to your farm until foal is weaned. It is OPEN to you to choose the Stallion of your choice. LINK: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Beqstables/ind...p?showtopic=231 -- Echo Of Elegance - 2003 Chestnut Thoroughbred Mare - 16.2HH - Ex. Breeding Lease: $2,500 - 2 Breedings Available - She will be shipped to your farm until foal is weaned. It is OPEN to you to choose the Stallion of your choice. LINK: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Beqstables/ind...0#entry23870710 -- Rocka Rolla - 2003 Sorrel Overo American Paint Horse Mare - 15.1HH - Ex. Western & Halter Sire: Diamonds and Rust [APHA] Dam: Crawler [APHA] She is UTD on Vet & Farrier. HYPP N/N & OLWS n/O so we request she is only bred to an OLWS N/N stallion. 2x Paint Breed Grand Champion, 1x Overo Color Reserve Grand Champion, 200 LTP. She has competed successfully in Western Riding, Trail, Pleasure, Team Penning, Breakaway Roping, Halter & Showmanship. She doesn't have a lot of exposure in the show ring as she spent quite a bit of time in the pasture as a companion horse but she truly is a remarkable mare and we feel she can produce winning offspring in Halter and Western events. She is well rounded, very smart. Breeding Lease: $1,000 - 1 Breeding Available - She will be shipped to your farm until foal is weaned. We have qualified stallions or you can choose your own. Stallion must be N/N for OLWS. LINK: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Beqstables/ind...p?showtopic=273 -- Sheza Tiny Milkshake - 2005 Black Tobiano APHA Mare - 15.5HH - Ex. Western, Hunter & Halter Sire: Tiny Who Too [APHA] Dam: Sheza Smoothie [APHA] Sheza is an incredible mare with a great performance record. She will never produce a solid foal and she is five panel N/N. 3x Grand Champion in Team Penning, Senior Green Confirmation Hunter and Senior First Year Green Hunter. 1x Reserve Grand Champion in Mature Horse Halter, 1x Overall Grand Champion in 1st & 2nd year Green Conformation Hunter. 437 LTP & $3.2k Earnings. She is UTD on vet & farrier. Shown successfully in: Most Colorful, Costume Class, First Year Green Hunter, 1st & 2nd Year Green Hunter, Hunter Show Hack, Team Penning, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Breakaway Roping. She would be an excellent choice if you are looking for an APHA Hunter In Hand or Under Saddle prospect. She will also produce an excellent Western speed event foal or Halter in Hand foal. Breeding Lease: $2,000 - 1 Breeding Available - She will be shipped to your farm until foal is weaned. We have qualified stallions or you can choose your own. LINK: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Beqstables/ind...hp?showtopic=71 -- Gypsy Twist - 2000 Chestnut Dutch Warmblood Mare - 15.2HH - Ex. Dressage & Halter Sire: Robin's Twist Of Honor [DWB] Dam: Point Blank [DWB] We are offering Gypsy Twist for her very last foal. She has produced two incredible foals for us who are both still competing successfully. She is UTD on vet & farrier. Sarah is a retired Level I Dressage, Level II Dressage and European Warmblood Mature Horse Reserve Champion! She also is an Overall Level II Dressage Champion with a Lifetime HL Dressage Horse Association Registration (#49). Her total lifetime earnings are $4,000 in the Dressage & In-Hand ring. Offspring Earnings: 776 LTP, $22k+ LTE. 8x Grand Championship Titles, 5x Reserve Grand Championship Titles, 1x Honorable Mention & 1x Top Ten as of October 2014. Everything Counts - Owned by Shadowsong Stables - Bred by BiltEquine Stables. Make Believe - Owned & Bred by BiltEquine Stables. She is truly a phenomenal producer. - Head meets desk - I am still not done with my 2014 inspections. I feel terrible that it is taking so long to get completely. I am just terrible with these sort of things. I had everything up to date and great and then my cpu died and my external died.. and I lost everything. I seem to have this issue FAR to often. I guess I don't get along with computers anymore.. It's coming together slowly but surely.. I still have so much information to collect. I don't understand why every year I am in the same boat. What am I doing wrong ladies?! |

BeQ Update: I noticed that I fell way behind on show results for my Horses, so the past week when I have had time, I have saved all the 2015 results on my hard drive and have been going through them one by one. I think I am getting pretty close to complete... after that, I will be updating the vet and farrier records via spreadsheet, and tack inventory, etc. I am trying to organize myself which I tend to lack the skills to do so... Any horses that have been sold, I am going through their show records and will send the updated results to you via PM. I have approx. 14 shows left to complete which I hope doesn't take much longer. Aside from that... We are starting to experience the colder weather moving in to the area. It's a chilly low of 9 degrees in the mornings, it's been dreary and rainy most mornings. We had a really warm stretch for a while but I think that was our last blast of summer weather. We are going through our list of fall prep and getting ready for the winter. Apparently we are supposed to have a mild winter, so that means a TON of snow but not as cold, which would be nice. The past two years have been absolutely brutal when it comes to the cold temperatures. The extra snow is a welcome though as not only is it pretty to look at but it'll be great for our skijoring events!! |

2016 Season Coming in 2016 we are going to mainly be a Western Reining farm and our focus will be showing, breeding and training Reining horses. Most of our stock who is not trained in Reining, they will be over the winter and making the switch. We will still have our Halter program horses and our non-stock breeds until they are retired and/or sold. We are also increasing our Thoroughbred Racing program. Big changes coming soon. |

BiltEquine Horse Shout Outs H-Halter/R-Racing Points. We thought we would like to do a shout out to our Horses in our Racing Program who have done SO well this season. Some of them had a really tough start but are really starting to shine now and we cannot wait for the 2016 racing season. It's going to be exciting... Wayward Flaw is our newest addition to our racing program. He is a 2yr old and just competed in his first in-hand show not too long ago and came home with a 5th and a 2nd. He is very promising on our training track and coming along slowly but he is a bolt of lighting out of the gate... We are excited to see him begin his racing career in the new year. EB Blame The Tea has really, really done well. He is notorious for his quirks (like ripping off his front shoes on almost weekly basis.. We can hear him in his stall trying.. So his stall is fashioned with multiple distractions, toys) He doesn't play with his shoes outside as often but he seems to find it amusing... It's just a big game to him now. He has such a great, fun personality. He has really proven himself on the track also this season. He has earned H-90/$2k LTE and on the track he has respectful earned, R-55/$54,0111 LTE. Betsie Santerna what can we say about this boy... Wow. He is a coming 4 year old in January and he has really done well. This horse was born to race and he loves every minute of it. He isn't afraid of the other horses, He doesn't shy from anything.. and on top of that he has the most laid back, easy going personality. He acts like a old retired school horse.. and on that note.. H-162 Points with no earnings currently. On the track though... R-130/$790,153 LTE. This is going to be a million dollar track earner if not more... and he is still so young. We still cannot believe how much he has earned in his racing career so far. He will continue to race in 2016. His bloodlines go back to -- Jimmy Creed, Distorted Humor, Secretariat, Bold Ruler, Forty Niner, Citidancer.. Multiple Hall Of Fame Horses. Fusaichi's Geisha is a young starter, at 2yrs of age and only raced twice she has done very well. R-11 Points and $1k+ in earnings. H-3/$215 earnings. She is a bit shy and has some confidence building to do but we really think after some extensive training over the winter, she will do better in the new year. She is a good minded filly and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to have her in our program. Honor This Day is another 2yr old filly who has raced in 5 events so far and earned R-38/$56,058 Earnings and H-19 Points. She is doing very well on the track and has a very similiar mind set as Betsie Santerna. Very calm and easy to work with. If you ever notice she sometimes wears a muzzle when racing, it's only because she has a tendency to nip at other horses if they are on her right side.. We are not sure why she does this, but we have been trying to break her of the habit but it's just something to do with her personality.. I guess she over does her "Game Face". Runaway Ivory is one of our barn favorites amongst our staff and visitors. This mare... LOVES Attention and will get it in any way shape or form.. THis means, breaking fence posts, panels, spilling her feed everywhere, playing in her water bucket, throwing her halter around.. You name it, this filly does it. She is goofy beyond goofy but she has a great attitude when it's race time. We apologize in advance at future races, if she destroys any of your property.. we will replace it! lol. H-116. R-39/$56,1888. Streakin' Satin This young mare was a real challenge to train... She was the most timid horse we have ever encountered. She was afraid of her own shadow, the sound of her own breathing made this mare skittish. She was afraid of being around other Horses on the track... We kept her training slow, and were patient with her and it really paid off. She has now matured into an astonishing prospect and is making her mark at every track she races at. H-178. R-62/$296,243. She is a breeding prospect with Betsie Santerna in the future. We really think the bloodlines would be a fantastic match and the offspring between Bert and Satin would be phenomenal and her colouring really makes her stand out... She is a Bay Sabino, and the Sabino is very prominent. Her bloodlines include: Blue Eyed Streaker, Blue Gazi, Gold Halo, Zillionair, Issue of Gold, Sunny's Halo, Az Igazi and Gage Line. Well that is all we have for now... As we have mentioned we are going to be expanding our Racing Program so stay tuned for more new prospects to join our farm in the next few months and into the new year. |

High Lights We had a small celebration as our Racing Program has officially started to develop. We planned long and hard over the summer months and into the fall for what we were going to introduce into our program and we have a pretty good selection of colts but the fillies are proving to be a bit harder to choose.. We notice a lot of the Horses we have acquired, are very similar in linage but we will try and avoid that with the fillies we will be introducing in the next few weeks.. We wanted to share our most successful Race Horse at our farm. We are still in shock at how well he did... Betsie Santerna ridden by JL Lopez. This was his very first season as a race horse and his success is still mind blowing. He has impeccable bloodlines but he is such a nice horse, so calm.. You would never know he was a Stallion or a high caliber race horse for that matter. This will be a future stud prospect for us and for others. Current Lifetime Earnings: $803,625 Total Races: 19 Wins: 6 Place: 4 Show: 2 We are excited to see how he does as a four year old this season. -- Streakin' Satin ridden by James D. Here is another one who is climbing up in the ranks in our program. She was SO shy at first and would spook at everything, She would fall to the back of the pack to avoid confrontation with other Horses, and now she's out front contending with everyone else with so much love. We had never seen such a terrified horse in our lives... and now the same horse is the most brave we have ever seen in our lives. Current Lifetime Earnings: $304,243 Total Races: 16 Wins: 4 Place: 1 Show: 2 She is a four year old just like Betsie Santerna for the 2016 season. We are looking forward to seeing our first year racers and our second year racers. |

[align=center] Future Geldings We are trying to get going a Reining/Working Cow program and over time we have been adding new Horses to our program and giving them a year or so worth of training and showing. Some we feel are a perfect match for our program and others, who at no fault of their own, We do not feel are a good fit to be shown extensively to become a future stud prospect for our farm.. They are still amazing horses and will still do quite well in the show pen, So for those who we have selected that have not made the cut coming into the 2016 season, We have decided to geld them and keep them for our newer riders/youth or those who wish to ride something less "ballsy" so to speak.. HAHA I made a funny.. Anyways.. Introducing to our Geldings for the 2016 season. Enlivened Irish Eclipse Cutting Corners Over The Bar Zippidee Doo Dah 17th Boulevard Myster's Boon Squad Mighty Henry Frosty Remark Two Tone Roan The following will be gelded in the near future and we will be replacing them with hopeful stud prospects for Reining and Working Cow. Stay tuned. [/align] |

Home Before Dark "Dub" unfortunately passed away last night due from what we believe was an HYPP Attack. He was 16 years old and a highly symptomatic N/H. He will be missed dearly. We wanted to thank everyone who helped us out with Dub over the years. Keeping him as comfortable and healthy as possible. We couldn't have done it with you all. |
