Teehee! Yeh, I've seen that before.
But my char's name is meant to reflect the first translation of the Lapine word, which is "the moon" or "moonrise." Also, this is bolstered by the fact that when Frith blessed her, he gave her a ray of moonlight between her ears(hence why the marking shines in darkness, a bit like El-ahrairah's starlight ears). A third meaning is that she is like the moon, being a guide for her warren, and any other rabbits she may come across.Hehe, Black Rabbit...fun thought.

I actually didn't notice it until awhile after I had created my character, so it was like "Oops!" But, the Black Rabbit is only called that once, so I figured it didn't matter. Besides, like I said, my char's name is based on the literal translation of Inlé(Richard Adams describes "moon" or "moonrise" being the literal translation). |
