Ooh, nice. I have the older warner edition, and the Austrailian 25th anniversary release. The WD fans deserve what was on the R4 disc, not what they gave the British on their latest release.

The Australian one has the commentary with director Martin Rosen. The British one doesn't have that, and I can almost guarantee this Warner Release will not have it either. Big Sky Studio probably has all the rights to that interview.

I think the British one has some storyboards, and a few other things. Certainly more than the original 2002 Warner release (which has basically nothing). If Warner can't put a candle to Big Sky's release then I'm not triple-dipping. If they could offer a commentary I'd buy it because at the moment I can only play the Big Sky disc in my computer.

Sounds promising. :) :) One of my other favorites, the Secret of NIMH had this done with Don Bluth and Gary Goldman. Hopefully this will be a bit longer than what Fox gave Bluth.

WOW! I love the cover! I hope they keep that art, and don't decide to change it later.

Sounds like an interesting discovery. Might think about it if I have a few dollars to spend.

So yeah... I got this... It doesn't have commentary but it has those other features that Ite was talking about. The back of the box says trailer not rated, but I didn't find a trailer on the dvd. There is some weird video problems on the forth chapter however, but other then that, nothing else. Everything's good quality.

I was wondering how this version stacked up to the other releases. Seems to vary depending on country.

I'll probably stick with my older version of the DVD.
