# A press conference was held today at Dream Fujin headquarters in Sapporo, at which company owner Billy Thomas released some details of the next tour.

The tour is being called "Shukuen Fight Series", and will be comprised of eight shows between this Saturday, March 25, and Saturday April 8. Shukuen translates as both "destiny" and "grudge".

# Thomas also announced that due to injury, Usagi Yoshida had been stripped of the Independent Super Lightweight title. Rather than holding a tournament to find a new champion, Thomas said the two most impressive wrestlers in Dream Fujin over recent tours had been chosen to fight in a title vacancy match on the next tour-ending Super Energy Battle show. After a dramatic pause, Thomas pulled aside a curtain to reveal a large poster revealing the two combatants - Griffin James and Shoji Tamura, which drew a loud "OOHHHH" from the reporters, followed by a burst of applause.

# The gaijins for the tour will be the three Americans who are the current Trinity X champions - Tate Monroe (HVW), Elvis Sunday (NEXT) and Ty Walker (NEXT) - plus Mexican luchador Fuego Tigre jr, who will be representing Dream Fujin's sister company in Mexico, Internacional Lucha Libre (ILL). Thomas said other ILL wrestlers may make one-off appearances during the tour.

# Expect full tour line-ups to be released to the press in the coming days, but at this stage it is known that the tour-ending Super Energy Battle TV taping will take place on Saturday April 8 at the huge Osaka Castle Hall, meaning the potential for the biggest crowd in Dream Fujin history. The show will be broadcast on Samurai! TV on Monday April 10.
