Ok, very quickly - if any of you red the latest TIW Card then you'd know that the self-run fed is "hosting" the King Of the Cruisers tournament. Now, I thought it would be fun to run this outside of my own characters filling the slots [not that I don't have enough to do so, but eh... more fun having a go at it like this].

However, I just wanted to gauge interest in who & how many people would want to participate. A couple things to note:

- Yes, I would be writing the matches & events... I'm not much of a match writer nor a fed head, so take that as what you will.

- The matches themselves would be either all summed, partially summed [i.e. highlights], or full matches. As with anything, the more detailed the matches, the longer it would take to get out.

- I would probably have the matches parcelled out over a period of weeks, culminating in a TIW Supershow of some sort for the KOC crown.

- Note, yes, I do have a life and other things going on... lots of travel and things going on afterwork, so take that as a word of caution too.

- I'm probably looking for eight to sixteen cruiserweight for the tournament, all in varying degrees of success... EXCEPT for the mega-superstars. It would be rather silly to see, say, Juan Vasquez competing in a tournament held by a fed that puts its shows out only via the internet. I'd think the top-limit level guys I would want is midcarders from a regional fed or complete "enhancement talent" from top feds.

- If I don't get the 8/16, then I'd fill the spots in with my own guys [which essentially would be a bye].

And... that's it. Thoughts, questions, concerns, ideas, and stuff, just post it in this forum.

Possibly... Just taking into account how many people would want in it as of now - once I decide whether or not it's worth running [i.e. that I'm able to select more than say five or six characters], then I'll get into the real nitty-gritty and specific characters and all.

I'm tempted. Mind you, of the four tourneys I've entered they've all died...
