- At the beginning of the show, commissioner Kazushima Yakamotu came out and addressed the crowd. After the usual thanks to the crowd, he spoke about the Trinity X titles, and to the surprise of everyone, declared the trios championship vacant! He said it was clear that the current champions - Tate Monroe, Elvis Sunday and Tyrone Walker - could no longer defend the titles as a team. To find new champions, a one-night tournament will be held next Monday at Chitose Sports Center.

- Tonaga had his strongest showing so far, drawing with veteran 666 member Super Darkness Panda. He made Panda pay for complacency in the early moments, and then really took the fight to the masked wrestler, coming close to recording his maiden victory on a couple of occasions, once with a gut-wrench powerbomb, the other with a discus lariat. Panda got a very close nearfall after hitting Tonaga with a fisherman buster, Tonaga barely kicking out. The reduced time limit saw time expire, and afterwards Tonaga received a good ovation from the crowd.

- The Metal Gods won their tagteam match, but the real talking point of their match was the performance of Tommy Kamoura. The newcomer showed off his fluid mat-wrestling skills, bamboozling his opponents with chain wrestling and ground techniques. He was handicapped by being paired up with freelance indy sleaze extraordinaire Shigeo Hotta, whose sloppy moves and blown spots ended up costing their team the match. Kamoura is definitely one to watch for the future though.

- Bouncing back from his loss to Griffin James two nights ago, and sporting his new mohawk hair-style, Special X member Ryoji Mifune made easy work of RISE wrestler and former Fujin Dojo graduate Jin Ketsumo. His look wasn't the only change for Mifune, who threw in brawling and garbage-wrestling techniques with the shoot wrestling styles we've seen from him.

- They might not be a trios team with Elvis Sunday anymore, but Monroe and Walker showed that they're still allies and a force to be reckoned with. The Independent Super-Lightweight champion was in devastating form, punishing his rookie opponents with hard-hitting moves but passing up pinning opportunities on several occasions, preferring to try to make his opponent tap out. After making RISE's Miyake do just that, Monroe got on the microphone and responded to Griffin James' attack on him two nights ago. He promised that James would pay for what he did, and then sent a warning to Elvis Sunday that he would regret ever messing with him.

- MEGA Gurentai continued on their winning ways, and must be considered among the favourites to win the Trinity X title tournament next week. They had tough opposition in the form of Sunday, Shonjo and Zeta, but the face team's lack of cohesion cost them. Ishikawa and Sunday were clearly the stars of the match, with Shonjo not far behind them. Thrillblade seemed disinterested (or just plain lazy), while Apollo Kid III got surprisingly little time in the ring, and Ultraman Zeta provided some comedy relief but little more.

- Speaking of favourites for the trios title tournament, the 666 combination of Kitty!, MIURA and Dragon are showing they'll be a force to be reckoned with. They accounted for their opponents tonight, and showed plenty of nastiness in the ring. It's like the 666 wrestlers weren't content with winning the match, they wanted to humiliate their opponents at every opportunity. The star for the face team was Party Animal Delta (wearing his Lion-themed outfit tonight), who fought his little heart out but was still unable to get the win over 666 that he is striving for. Nanami was uncharacteristically low on energy and vigour, putting in a sub-par performance. After the match, 666 continued to beat on their defeated opponents, Kitty! ripping a big hole in the masks of both Hasselhoff and PAD, then getting the microphone and going on a hate-filled tirade, lambasting pretty much everyone in Dream Fujin except his 666 teammates.

- The main event was highly-anticipated, and the crowd was hot for the match-up featuring best friends-turned-enemies Griffin James and Usagi Yoshida. But a major shock was in store for everyone in the building, as James came to the ring alone. Then went Crazy Bastard Cop's music hit... nothing. Nobody came out, and James looked very nervous and worried. The music faded out, and after a few seconds of silence, "Red Fraction" by MELL began to play. Another slight pause followed, then a figure began to make his way down the aisle - Crazy Bastard Cop! Only something was different... his blue bodysuit was gone, replaced by a black t-shirt with "PROGRESSION"
on the front, black long shorts, black kneepads, black elbowpads, and black boots.

CBC climbed into the ring and called for a microphone, as the crowd murmured in confusion. They hushed as he began to speak, and what followed was a heartfelt message to his friend and teammate, Griffin James. CBC said he was happy to be there as James' _true_ friend, but that he could not let things continue like they were. He said the true value of friendship was not hiding anything... and then removed his mask! A massive "OOOOHHHH" went up as a few female fans screamed in shock - standing before them was a man with a buzz-shaved head and a slight goatee, and a friendly face. He bowed towards James, then towards the crowd, and said Crazy Bastard Cop was no more, but he was still the same man. The man who would fight for his friends and for Dream Fujin until there was no fight left in his body... Ryoga Miike.

While the initial shock of this revelation sank in, Special X attacked! What followed was an excellent tagteam match, full of passion and excitement. The fans had something to cheer for within the first minute, as James and Miike overcame the pre-match attack, battling back and clearing the ring after punishing Yoshida and Kanoji with kicks. They then doubleteamed Kanoji, hitting him with an enzuigiri-low dropkick combo, Yoshida making the save.

Special X regained the momentum at around the five minute mark, taking advantage of a missed flying crossbody by Miike. Miike was reduced to the role of face in peril for a few minutes, as Yoshida and Kanoji went to work. Just when it looked like they had the match in hand, Miike left the ring... to serenade a pretty girl at ringside! Yoshida was still in control, but suddenly Miike countered a huracanrana, turning it into a powerbomb, before making the hot tag! The fans went wild as James got his hands on Yoshida for the first time. He showed no mercy, bludgeoning the former Pink Spider with hard elbowshots, and a release German suplex. But Yoshida showed his experience, evading a Yakuza kick and hitting his multiple-revolution corbata, both men staying down.

Kanoji came back in, taking over on James. James weathered the storm, then flattening the "Italian" loverboy with roaring elbow! He set him up for the Fujingun Stinger, but Yoshida interjected, drop toeholding his fellow former champion and applying his new submission hold, the Psyence Facelock (crossface without the arm trapped). But in a flash James was reversing it, into the Legendary Crossface! Kanoji made the save, Yoshida sliding from the ring to get a breather... only to get flattened by a big plancha from Miike!

Kanoji had control of James again in the ring, and hit a hooking clothesline. But instead of going for the pin, he began to taunt his fallen opponent. Big mistake! James started to battle back with hard elbowshots, then hit a killer Yakuza kick, covering for 2 1/2. James dragged Kanoji straight back up, then drilled him with the Jamestown Massacre (fisherman buster throw), getting the 123!

The fans applauded as James and Miike celebrated, Miike waving the Fujingun banner proudly. Yoshida helped Kanoji from the ring, then up the aisle, a stoic look remaining on his face.
