*OOC note* Yeah, so real life is being a bitch again, and I've gotten a bit behind schedule. In this message I've included four shows' worth of results, which brings us up to date.

Dream Fujin
Wednesday July 19
Chitose Sports Center
900 fans

A disappointing crowd turned out at one of Dream Fujin's most regular venues, the Chitose Sports Center. The crowd probably had something to do with the fact that this show was built around the rookies, with the staging of a tournament to find the inaugural Shirouto Cup holder.

The Shirouto Cup itself was brought out, standing a good four feet tall. It was placed in the middle of the ring as the eight participants were announced, each man coming out and standing in the ring so the fans could applaud them.

Results:
--------

1. Shirouto Cup tournament: Ketsu Tonaga beat Kohei Aoki[FREE] with a single leg crabhold (6'21")

2. Shirouto Cup tournament: Kochiro Miyake[RISE] beat Ultraman Zeta with a sleeperhold (8'03")

3. Shirouto Cup tournament: Shadows beat Steel Cougar with a backdrop suplex (7'29")

4. Shirouto Cup tournament: Kyuki Shonjo beat Hasselhoff SE with a powerbomb (11'19")

5. Darkness Kitty!, MIURA & Super Darkness Panda beat Griffin James, Ryoga Miike & Party Animal Delta when MIURA pinned Miike with a Uranage suplex (15'27")

6. Shirouto Cup tournament semifinal: Ketsu Tonaga beat Kochiro Miyake[RISE] with a Discus Lariat (8'20")

7. Shirouto Cup tournament semifinal: Shadows beat Kyuki Shonjo with a cradle (10'17")

8. Trinity X championship: Usagi Yoshida, Ryoji Mifune & Kamen Kanoji © beat HERO Ishikawa, Wasai Thrillblade & Apollo Kid III when Yoshida pinned Apollo Kid with a Psyborg Driver (20'33") [1st Defence]

9. Shirouto Cup tournament final: Shadows beat Ketsu Tonaga with a Dragon suplex hold (12'42") to become the inaugural holder of the Shirouto Cup

- 666 team member Shadows (formerly Ice Dragon) emerged as the first man to possess the Shirouto Cup, winning tonight's eight-man tournament. The Cup will be defended against other rookies who are in their first year in the sport.

- The best match of the tournament was actually the semifinal between Shadows and Kyuki Shonjo, which was a fast-paced contest that could have gone either way. Shonjo showed that he'll be one of the main contenders for the Cup in the future.

- The trios match between 666 and Fujingun had plenty of feeling to it, as the fight spilled all over the arena and even into the crowd.

- Special X successfully defended the Trinity X title for the first time, but were pushed to the limit by the MEGA Gurentai challengers. The teamwork and cohesion of the champions was their biggest asset.

It was announced during the show that Walker has indeed been scratched from the Dream World Tag League, and his place will be taken by Yoshino Nanami. The Monroe-Nanami team is being allowed to keep all of the points already accumulated in the tournament.

- Tonight's three Dream World Tag League matches went as expected, with Kitty!-Shadows and Ishikawa-Kid expected to win their matches. Some had predicted an upset in the main event, with the Delta-Zeta team turning heads in the tournament so far, but Yoshida-Mifune picked up the win to remain among the favourites to win the League.

Dream Fujin hit the road again, travelling south for a spot show in Kyoto. With just three shows to go until the Dream World Tag League reaches the semifinals stage, interest in the tournament is heating up.

Results:
--------

1. DEFEAT ALL MONSTER: Kyuki Shonjo, Party Animal Delta & Ultraman Zeta beat Jigoku Monsters Blue, Black and Green when Shonjo pinned Jigoku Monster Black with a backslide (12'25")

7. Dream World Tag League Group A: Tate Monroe & Yoshino Nanami [4] beat Usagi Yoshida & Ryoji Mifune [6] when Monroe pinned Mifune with the Textbook Finish (17'20")

- The Fujingun rookies picked up their first win over the Jigoku Monsters tonight, but nothing was really settled. After the match Kyuki Shonjo got on the microphone and laid down a challenge to the Monsters for a 5 vs 5 elimination match.

- The Kitty! vs Kanoji match was thrown out because of the involvement of other members of the 666 and Special X teams, and the two teams got into a massive shoving contest after the match.

- The main event match was excellent, and provided debatedly the first real upset of the Dream World Tag League. With Nanami providing a late replacement for Tyrone Walker in the tournament, his team with Independent champion Tate Monroe could have been expected to take some time to gel. But that wasn't the case, Monroe and Nanami showing that they've no doubt been training together a lot, as they upset their Special X opponents.

- After tonight's results, the standings in the Dream World Tag League '06 are:

Group A:
1= Usagi Yoshida & Ryoji Mifune 6pts
1= Darkness Kitty! & Shadows 6pts
2= Party Animal Delta & Ultraman Zeta 4pts
2= Tate Monroe & Yoshino Nanami 4pts
5. Fuego Tigre jr & El Hijo del Super Macho [ILL] 2pts
6. Monkey Monk & Funky Monkey [Monkey Pro] 0pts

Group B:
1. Griffin James & Ryoga Miike 8pts
2. British Steel & Maiden Japan 6pts
3. MIURA & Super Darkness Panda 4pts
4. HERO Ishikawa & Apollo Kid III 3pts
5. Elvis Sunday & Ketsu Tonaga 1pts
6. Jin Ketsumo & Tsuyoshi Sai [RISE] 0pts

- The Fujingun team of James and Miike appears to have one of the semifinal spots sewn up, and the Metal Gods are well poised to take another one, but Group A is still anyone's guess, with four teams in close contention.

Dream Fujin
Monday July 24
Mombetsu Sports Center
1400 fans

It was back to Hokkaido Prefecture for the next show on the Dream World Tag League tour, as the business end of the tournament well and truly came into focus.

Results:
--------

1. Kamen Kanoji beat Wasai Thrillblade with a thunder fire powerbomb (7'23")

2. Party Animal Delta, Ultraman Zeta & Ham Fighter Kimoto beat Hasselhoff SE, Steel Cougar & Kyuki Shonjo when PAD pinned Cougar with a Pumphandle Michinoku Driver 2 (9'16")

3. Dream World Tag League Group A: Darkness Kitty! & Shadows [8] beat Monkey Monk[Monkey Pro] & Funky Monkey[Monkey Pro] [0] when Shadows pinned Monkey Monk with a tornado DDT (7'15")

6. Dream World Tag League Group B: HERO Ishikawa & Apollo Kid III [5] beat British Steel & Maiden Japan [6] when Ishikawa pinned Maiden with a HEROHacker Bomb (16'13")

- The second to last night of round-robin Dream World Tag League matches has thrown up a number of scenarios. The only thing for sure is that the Fujingun team of James and Miike will be in the semifinals. Because Ishikawa-Kid have had their last match, the other Group B semifinalist will be either the Metal Gods or MIURA-Panda, depending on results from the show on Wednesday night.

- In Group A, a huge match looms on Wednesday night, between Kitty!-Shadows and Yoshida-Mifune. The result of that match will directly decide who makes the semifinals. Monroe-Nanami should easily beat the Monkey Pro team, taking them to 8 points, and they'll get through with Kitty!-Shadows, if the 666 team beats Special X. However, if Special X wins, and so does Monroe-Nanami, that would cause a logjam at the top of the table, with three teams on 8 points, and some kind of tiebreaker would be needed.

- After tonight's results, the standings in the Dream World Tag League '06 are:

Group A:
1. Darkness Kitty! & Shadows 8pts
2= Usagi Yoshida & Ryoji Mifune 6pts
2= Tate Monroe & Yoshino Nanami 6pts
4. Party Animal Delta & Ultraman Zeta 4pts
5. Fuego Tigre jr & El Hijo del Super Macho [ILL] 2pts
6. Monkey Monk & Funky Monkey [Monkey Pro] 0pts

2. British Steel & Maiden Japan 6pts

6. Jin Ketsumo & Tsuyoshi Sai [RISE] 0pts
