HUGE UPDATE, December 19, 2008.
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
TABLE OF CONTENTS.
------------------------------------------------------------

2) Schedule of events.
3) Website.
4) Matchwriters.
5) Results.
6) Injuries, fines, suspensions, etc.
7) IRC Channel.

------------------------------------------------------------
1) OPENING SPIEL.
------------------------------------------------------------

With the return of HUGE came a new roster, replacing the old one (mostly a random assortment of pitiful indy workers) and generating a buzz that went well beyond the intersection of Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
Hundreds of wrestling fans flooded into the Hellfire arena, drawn by word of a link that exists now between their home town indy league and the rapidly expanding Phoenix Valley Wrestling.
The second night, as it was learned that Strickland Sports had closed New York's New Age Wrestling for undisclosed reasons, and purchased HUGE outright, the place was packed to capacity, with many being turned away. Fans milled about the sidewalk outside, and HUGE staff actually set up some surplus flat panels in the lobby area, allowing for those who couldn't get a seat to still get a good view of the action.
The third night, the internet buzz had gotten so big that the HUGE website had over 100,000 hits, and the “dark matches”(Overflow), when added together, had been viewed almost a half a million times by random people on various video streaming sites.
The little league with the ironic name is looking less ironic all the time...

------------------------------------------------------------
2) Schedule of events.
------------------------------------------------------------

I want to keep things fast and loose, but here's the approximate weekly schedule.

Saturday/Sunday: HUGE Live! A rolling schedule of 3 summary cards and 1 “highlight reel” card.
Monday/Friday: Flashing and stratting.
Friday: HUGE Overflow.

If anyone can't make the deadline, just shoot me an email at hugemail@e-wrestling.info and it will be done. Said extension will be 2 days, and that's it. No more. If this knocks us off our schedule, no problem, just remember “fast and loose”. If it gets too bad, we'll just skip a week and be right back on track.

------------------------------------------------------------
3) WEBSITE.
------------------------------------------------------------
The URL for the HUGE website is: http://www.huge.e-wrestling.info/ (Coming soon).
The _fictional_ URL for HUGE is www.huge.com, which in reality is some sort of streaming video site. We have a strange dynamic here where reality and fantasy intersect, because HUGE isn't supposed to exist on TV, only the web. Let's try not to get confused.

------------------------------------------------------------
4) MATCHWRITERS.
------------------------------------------------------------

Normally, these are not necessary, although you can help your chances of winning a match by writing spots appropriate to the format of the show in which they are presented. If you want, you can volunteer to write your own jobber match (scheduled or not), and also, if you want your character to offer commentary (on one of the highlight reel shows) feel free to volunteer (so long as your own characters aren't competing in the match).

------------------------------------------------------------
5) RESULTS.
------------------------------------------------------------

Attached is the first edition of HUGE Overflow, a series of summary matches intended to both pad the records of our handlers and to show what happens in HUGE when Live! isn't taking place.
I've put in some spoiler space so those of you who haven't read the card can do so. The winners and losers are listed below. Additionally, the card itself is attached to the email. If you haven't read it yet open it now!

EVERYBODY BEAT UP JOBBERS! Okay, now on with the update.

------------------------------------------------------------
6) Injuries, fines, suspensions, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------

Suspensions.
------------

None. You'd have to be pretty bad to get suspended from a place like HUGE, and nobody's done anything that bad yet.

Fines.
------------

None. Keep in mind that your character's not getting much money from HUGE, so a fine is a pretty big deal.

Injuries
------------

-- Motown Man was treated for a concussion following his match with Antonio Morientes. Word has it that Antonio was mortified after hearing of this and went immediately to church.

–- Jerko D. Clown was bruised and battered after being horribly beaten by the Spectre, and is suffering dizzy spells and panic attacks that have been diagnosed as post-traumatic stress disorder. He has been called names by HUGE management and told to man up. Thus far ... he has not manned up.

------------------------------------------------------------
7) IRC CHANNEL
------------------------------------------------------------

Does anybody care to start this? Seems like IRC has lost its steam in recent years.

------------------------------------------------------------
8) UPCOMING SHOWS
------------------------------------------------------------
