In instances of a tie, Tommy Stephens using a Tommy Stephens-style senton will always win out.

Juan Vasquez can also be grandfathered into this, since he was the first one to use the move regularly as a tribute to Tommy Stephens.

Tumaffi, if he ever masters it, would cause the world to collapse upon itself, but he doesn't have the vertical leap for it.

That happened once. I believe Tommy hulked up at that point, since using Tommy's own move on him has healing effects.
