Alright... here's a thread idea I can't really participate in myself, so I can maybe start it, see if anyone plays along.

Who, according to you, would win the next Unis? Not for the last year or the last cycle, but covering every cycle since the one that began after the last Unis were handed out, in other words, since Gold Rush 2004!
Now that's a lot of ground to cover!

Gotta love a ballot that eggs you on... Who will step up and fill out a ballot?

Not sure if you are intending on this covering people who are no longer active as well or just people who are active now but may have been around since 2004.

Yeah, I also included the inactives... if it took place between GR 2004 and the latest RBR, it's eligible.
Heck, even a match held on GR 2004 itself is eligible since the last Unis were just before that show.

Some of those answers are surprising - For example, Gamma Ray and "Best Personality" are not things I would have linked together at all!

I would have pointed out your nominees are missing, but hey, you at least answered the challenge of finding winners!

Well, I am far too lazy to skim through five years of archives, so you get what you get. No nominees, only current members.

I suppose it depends on your interpretation of the word Personalities, but to me Gamma Ray is one of the bigger "characters" I've seen in years, so seemed quite fitting to me. He is not cut from the the standard cookie cutter mold that the average Joe is cut from. He stands out. I admit, I don't always "get" the character, but he stands out and that is something. Tumaffi would be a close second in this category for me.

Well, at least I'm not the only one that's too lazy to bother with the archives!

:P

On your Personality vote, explained that way, the choice makes more sense. Among active characters, I'd still pick Tumaffi first, I think, but GR would probably be a nominee.

But there are other surprises.
I figured "Trey reveals he has cancer" would be the go to "moment."

And, thanks to Nikki, Annis and Martinez are Best couple for sure!

D'Oh!

In that case,
I nominate the Annis & Martinez confrontation as described by Nikki the Cat as best moment since 2004 as well!
That way it wins in two categories!

Best Manager since GR 2004
Nominees: Ben Waterson. I know he's not in the UWF, but even then, he's the best manager.
Winner:

The people spoke and Todd Johnstone won in 2009, so Waterson's only second best currently.
